Not sure what we did to reserve pess poor service, no great, don't talk to us, person just kept wiping table tops, even after I greated, still nothing back

I spent 22 dollar just for a foot long sandwich and a lemonade. 2 weeks ago I came to buy the same thing and I spent 12. How that possible
Edit: Decided to try at a different time of the day, and I'm honestly very happy to say that I was surprised to have my order made almost perfectly. I ordered 3 different kinds of subs this time, which I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the difference or not. But it was loaded up with toppings this time. So I'm updating the review to 3/5 until I try it again to see if this might be a fluke.
The worst experience I've ever had with a Subway. Ordered delivery because I was busy working. Ordered 3 Tuna subs with extra lettuce, extra onions, and extra jalapenos so I could just eat half a sub per meal. Took two bites that felt really light so I checked inside. 4 Jalapenos, 6 onion pieces, and, as depressing as it is, I was actually able to count the amount of of lettuce on the first footlong. 16 strands.
I had hoped it might have just been they were running low on toppings because I got 3 similar subs, so I checked the other two. It looked like they took the regular amount of toppings for a 6 inch and spread it over 3 footlongs. The total was $36.
Attempted to contact the store for 30 minutes to see if they may just have been low on toppings, but there was no answer. It rang for about 3-5 minutes each time before it hung up on me.
It's one thing when you have poor food quality or poor service, but it's pathetic when you have neither.

I went to this subway I got there at 1:04pm on Saturday January 4th and waited for 15 mins and nobody came up to me, nobody was in the store at all, I just left because I said hello a few times I called the store and nothing happened so I just left

Everytime the black lady works, she is ALWAYS rude. She always in the back doing whatever while customers are waiting to order. She never speaks to anyone. I've never heard her talk. She doesn't say hello or goodbye. She doesn't ask what you want on your sub. Today I asked her what time she closes and she never answered me. She should be retrained or fired. Honestly, you get better service only on the days the white lady works. At least she is pleasant. I would give this place 5 stars on the days the white lady works and 2 stars when the black chic works and that's only because of the food

I was surprised to see this place is still open. Very disappointing. Even worse than this place is the subway at 21 and Van Dyke. Will never return.
My family and I walked into this place to get 3 ft long Subs with a coupon. After getting the subs and going to the register the employee said he couldn't take our coupon even though the address is right there on the flyer. He proceeds to show us his computer screen as if that would make it okay but I said well that's not going to work because my coupon is for $17.99 and he kept offering $19.99. Without making eye contact he kept telling me do I want the Subs or not. I said I have a coupon and I will be purchasing them for $17.99 and he kept telling me that it was his first day and that he didn't know his manager's name that he there's nothing he could do about the computer. After I purchase my three Subs he offered to give me his manager's name so I could call him in the morning. Of course he didn't know the manager's name. Then he offered to call the manager and I said well I just purchased the subs and you have customers waiting here to get their food so don't worry about it- I'll call him in the morning. Of course I call in the morning and there's no answer and it keeps ringing and ringing. Also Beware of the men's bathroom my husband said it was disgusting. I'm assuming since he was the only employee things aren't getting cleaned the way they should and he keeps saying he doesn't know anything, he doesn't know his boss' name, and apparently he doesn't know how to dress because he looked like a plumber with a huge crack showing. I'm totally disgusted by the whole experience.

Wednesday afternoon shift was efficient & very helpful, great service from the young guy and gal. Will definitely come back.
Absolutely terrible I spent 28 dollars on 2 foot longs regular foot longs I threw half of mine away and my partner through their whole sandwich out. The vegetables are hot because the owner doesn’t turn on the ac even for their employees. Don’t support this subway this one so bad and I’ve wasted so much money on TWO subs foods garbage go spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else

This subway no longer serves the Italian Herb and Cheese bread before lunch. If you come here for breakfast, they won't have the Italian herb and cheese bread for breakfast.

The bread awful it was so stale and the product was just okay, but the bill was insane.Three foot long subs for almost fifty dollars!! Definitely off the list for our family on quick take-out.

I was there on 2-8-24 around 11:50. Tried to do a survey but site wouldn't let me do it.. best tuna sandwiches ever. Most pleasant worker so efficient. Really wanted to do the survey but this review indicates how efficient they are. ID-trans 1/A-268146
