I normally used to go to this place and the owner was there and I haven’t been there in a while, and I just went in today to get some subs, and there were two Indian couple there so the Man who was helping me, when I walked in, they were busy cleaning and when the man came to help me he instead of washing his hand he just used the sanitizer and wiped it out with a towel That’s first, Second, he was not putting enough vegetables in my sandwiches even when I told him I want more, he still Didn’t put a lot, and then when I went to check out, I used my debit card and the machine asked me if I wanna put any tip which I don’t see really why the restaurants they’ve been doing that lately so I had no and the receipt came out and then he just walked away without saying anything and I asked him is that my receipt as he was walking away and ignoring me he said yes I took it. I said bye and then they never responded. I don’t like their service because I didn’t put the tip. He acted this way.

I had a great experience at the Subway in Shelby Township, Michigan. I ordered the Italian B.M.T., and it was made perfectly — fresh bread, quality meats, and loaded with all the veggies I like. Everything tasted super fresh and well-balanced.

What really stood out was the excellent service. The employee who helped me was friendly, efficient, and really seemed to care about getting everything just right. It made the visit quick, easy, and pleasant.

The store was also clean and well-organized, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be back — great food and great customer service!

Sooooo I walked into the building at 3:30pm and no one was in the building. I waited because I figured someone would eventually come up (assuming they went to the bathroom). I waited about 10 minutes and no ever came to front. I noticed a car on the outside of the building with the door wide open and feet sticking out. So I called the cops they came within 5 minutes and inspected the building and no one was in there. I pointed out the car and he went checked, the employee (some Indian man) was in the car sleep. He came back in the building very disoriented (obviously) and kept looking outside at the police. He spoke barely any English and I even asked for management and he barely understood me. This location used to be great, but I would recommend to never come here. It was an awful experience.

I am a teenager and I went by myself to go get food here by my bike. The guy that serviced me was very unsettling. I arrive to the store with the guy repeatedly asking me if I will come back and when I will come back, and when I left, he left the counter and stared at me as I left. He signaled everybody outside on break to watch me leave.

New management — stay away!!! The lady who used to own this location was PHENOMENAL. Oh, how I miss her. I haven’t been here since new management until today and sadly, I am so disappointed. I wish I had read reviews before spending 9 bucks on a veggie foot long. As many others have said, the lady was extremely sparse on vegetables and even after I asked for more repeatedly, I didn’t get the amount I was hoping for — which the previous owner was always on top of. As a fellow desi, I’m really bummed to see other reviews referring to the new owners as cheap… which is the vibe I got tonight. It’s bad enough us desi folks have a reputation of being cheap!! All to say, I don’t plan to ever go back. Previous owner — you are deeply missed.

I called and a heavy accented man picked up the phone and told me off. I was just asking about the application process and he litterally told me off and hung up.. really rude staff and an awful experience. def dodged a bullet. i wouldn't wanna work with people who can't even handle a 10 second phone call at 4:30 in the afternoon

This is my second time at this location and all I can say is AMAZING! Their customer service is spectacular and they made my bowls/sub with care both times I’ve been here. I will be coming here from now on! It’s worth the drive for me!

Since this store sold the sandwich quality has SANK! They barely put any items on the sandwiches and Iren, the only worker I’ve seen besides a woman is NASTY and rushes everyone through the line. He doesn’t hear your response when he asks a question about your sandwich and then ANGRILY asks again. The meats are now covered when the former owner of 26 years always had the meats visible. The cucumbers tonight were turning brown, you get 3 pickles a sandwich, 5 or 6 olives, 4 mild peppers, the sandwiches are typical of Subway but not this Subway as the former owner CARED!

I received Subway coupons in the mail so I took the family there for dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to place an order here because they wouldn’t accept the coupon. We wanted Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki subs. They said the coupon was just for regular ham and turkey subs. This is just not true, if you read the fine print on the coupon, I attached a picture of it to this review, the only exclusions listed are “foot long snacks, Big Hot Pastrami, The Beast, and The Garlic Roast Beef sub.” Interestingly, the guy in front of us tried to use a coupon as well but they gave him reasons they wouldn’t accept it. I gathered up my family and we left, determined to not give them any of our business. They’re cheap and willing to lie to their customers about valid coupons. I’d stay away if I were you. They’re under new management and it’s not a positive change for this location.

This used to be one of the best subways. I went in there today after not going for a while, and it says it’s under new management. This was honestly the worst sub from any subway I’ve ever had. I had to ask her to change out the cucumbers because they were so bad looking. There were barely any toppings on the sandwich, and it was more like eating flavored bread than eating a sandwich. Also, the cookies. I was SO SAD about the cookies. Have you ever had subway cookies that were rock hard? Neither have I, until today. The girl at the counter was really nice, but I will not be going back.

I used to order subs from that location, and it always was great, until recently; I believe they now have new management now. I ordered 2 hot subs, it was probably the worst subs I have ever had. Cold, bread tasted old. Didn't look appealing, hardly any meat or toppings. Everything just tasted old. How do you expect to run a business and serve food like that. I believe that subway won't be open for very long. They lost me as a customer.

They recently change management, and this is the first time we order from them since the change. The sandwiches are so pathetically looking. Not much actual food between the bread…not going back again

This used to be my favorite subway but since the new management it is not worth the money. Got my order wrong and was the flattest sub I've ever seen. I had to ask multiple time to get 12 pieces of onion on my sandwhich. There was less than 7 pieces of green peppers on my sub...Almost comical the amount of vegtables were (not) added to the sub. I Will not be back.
