I just went through the drive thru. An AI powered voice system took our order. It was so strange and they actually messed up our order because of it. This is my favorite Taco Bell nearby but I will no longer come to this location until they get rid of the system.

This Taco Bell holds a very special place in my heart and isn't just Taco Bell. My friends and I have been going for years, and we always receive excellent service, food, and atmosphere. This place is almost a second home, and we love to call it Taco Baco. The food is always spot on even with how much i modify the items due to being a picky eater. Their Baja Blast tastes better than most other taco bells. They are faster for better food. All of the employees are so kind and understanding and fix any mistake as if their life depends on it. People here really care, and even if i move 20 - 30 minutes away, chances are I'll still want to go to this Taco Bell.
Next time if the lobby is open don't turn off the lights and when the dasher gets stuck in the drive thru and you don't accept me helping him deliver the order if it is ready this is rude and if you follow the rules like you said then make it clear when the lobby is open in the delivery apps

Those fast food places you think āthose idiots shouldnāt be paid 15$ an hourā thatās this place, messed up the order, missing items even though they read it off. Complete morons. Filed a dispute with my credit card company, not worth even trying to talk to them.
