I have a real love hate relationship with taco bell(mainly a lot of the Drive thru set ups)
This taco bell is located near my job, and is now the only one I will go to. They are always so fast and every employee I have encountered has been so nice! But the main thing: you can tell the food hasn't been sitting around. It is actually made to order. 10/10 taco bell.

I really wish our Taco bells in Chesterfield area were like this. I still hate their application and that you have to order from an iPad / kiosk. But the people are pretty friendly The food was good and hot.

we paid over $5 for less than a potatoes worth of fries the least you can do just make sure they're seasoned during a 10-minute wait. night crew would not have done us like that.

Very dissatisfied with my order and how it was handled tonight. I got off a long shift and wanted two double stacked tacos, instead what I got was two tacos with beans?? No beans are even on this item. It didn't even have the little crunchy things on it. I called and spoke with a manager who said I'd have to come back to get a refund or to get my replacement tacos. That is poor customer service, should offer me more for the inconvenience of having to come back, you guys messed it up. I think in the future I'll just go to the one a mile down the street at 23 and Garfield.

If you are going to force me to order from a robot machine instead of a person, the least you can do is put my sauces that I request from the machine in the bag and not force me to get them from the lobby myself. What is the point of that? On top of that, it’s ridiculous to get an attitude with me and argue about me requesting them and asking you to put them in my to go order bag. What is the world coming to? Do people actually do their jobs anymore or do we just rely on robots and get nasty attitudes when requested to work? Last I looked around everybody was clocked in being paid to work.

Food was good, hot and tasty, only problem, between the Mexican pizza and the Lux box, I'm not convinced it's worth the extra cost to modify any order. I said no tomatoes on all the items, still got tomatoes, extra cheese, nadda. Do they even read the order. Oh, and somewhere beneath the heavy salt we're the corn chips for the hot, gooey cheese dip.. always a fun time at Taco Bell #023211

I went through the drive-thru today and was helped by an employee named Halie. She was rude, rushed me while ordering, and didn’t seem to care when I asked about a missing item. The order was wrong, and the way she spoke to me made the whole experience unpleasant. I’ve never had such unprofessional service at this location before, and I hope management addresses this
