Food was good, hot and tasty, only problem, between the Mexican pizza and the Lux box, I'm not convinced it's worth the extra cost to modify any order. I said no tomatoes on all the items, still got tomatoes, extra cheese, nadda. Do they even read the order. Oh, and somewhere beneath the heavy salt we're the corn chips for the hot, gooey cheese dip.. always a fun time at Taco Bell #023211

I went through the drive-thru today and was helped by an employee named Halie. She was rude, rushed me while ordering, and didn’t seem to care when I asked about a missing item. The order was wrong, and the way she spoke to me made the whole experience unpleasant. I’ve never had such unprofessional service at this location before, and I hope management addresses this

Extremely unfriendly Taco Bell, would not offer me water cup due to my appearance. Will never come again because of how terrible the employees treat their customers here. The Taco Bell at 26 mile is much better and more friendly.
I just wanted to give kudos to the manager at this place. We came back after our order was delivered to just ask for some nacho sauce that we thought were forgotten however they were in fact correct. They did not belittle me for being wrong rather were very humble about it.
Regardless of me being incorrect, they tried to make it right by redoing our order and also offered free taco vouchers. I insisted on returning the vouchers but she insisted on at least keeping a couple for my son.

Garbage drive thru i dont know who thought it would be a good idea to make a clueless robot take your order. It got everything completely wrong and it couldnt understand a single thing i said. How lazy could one worker be to not talk and take orders smh

After I got done answering 4 consecutive yes/ no questions from the AI drive through, I was served cold tacos that tasted like cleaning supplies? Must be a new crew working here because this location is terrible now. Not even joking, the AI had more personality than the guy that handed me my food. Not going back for a while, I’ll try another location.
