I'll start off and say that I think I'm counting 2 pieces of chicken, maybe 3 in my quesadilla... Had me in the drive-through for about a half hour. They were out of steak, which is fine, but the chicken quesadilla & 3 cheese chicken flatbread tasted like plastic. The cheese was hardly melted.

To me this is the best tacobell in this area. Food is always packed and good. Every facility will make mistakes and this place has always been good with remaking or refunding if they messed up.

This place use to be great. Don’t know what has happened in the last year but time and time again I try and give them a chance. Rice in the burritos have been crunchy. Pop machine has a mildew taste to the water that mixes into the syrup, and there “soft” tortillas are so stale and crunchy that you would've thought you ordered a crunchy taco instead. Ill never go to this location again.

I come here often because it's so close to my work. Speedy and prompt service, though the drive-thru line does fill up during the lunch rush. The people manning the window or front counter are very nice. If they make a mistake on your order (very rare at this location), they fix it quickly and give you a couple coupons for free tacos.
It's all at the Kiosk inside or Mobile Order. Service at the counter looks like will be the thing of the past. ? No discounts for Military Friendly or First Responders!
Some employee smashed and ruined my burrito before it even came out the door, I wasted almost 30 bucks on this food for me and my friends and we cant even enjoy it, what a bunch of slackers honestly if this is what everyone else experiences at this tacobell then i am sorry for you for wasting money here as

I never had to wait 30 minutes on a cup of iced coffee in my life and when they brought it to me it was warm not even cold and when I said something about it they look at me like I’m the bad guy lol I wouldn’t take a dump in these guys bathroom I’d rate negative five if I couldAnd I ordered on the kiosk and some 200 year old lady asks me what I want in my coffee but u know what I want I ordered on the kiosk dude smh never again in my life
