I have rated 1 mainly for the lack of vegetarian options for Taco Bell in general. They removed a good amount of vegetarian options from the menu.
Secondly, the overall quality for the price is really getting ridiculous. The amount of cheese in a cheese quesadilla was really bad especially the price they charge for it 5.79.. thats plain day robbery. I think I am going to skip Taco Bell from here on now.

Ordered a cheese roll up with steak. It was last nights steak they couldn’t been be bother to heat up before serving. It was cold and the “liquid” was still congealed. When they heated up the cheese roll with the still gelatinous steak on it, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Just tell me the steak isn't ready.
I’ll drive two miles down the road to the good taco bell that at least will warm up last nights meat all the way before serving. I got $7 worth of inedible steak gloop.

I ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla meal and they didn’t even cook my quesadilla. It wasn’t edible. Didn’t get my soft taco as apart of the meal. the drink tasted like garbage. Extremely disappointing

They didn’t have nacho cheese and I ordered online a Mexican pizza with a bunch of add ons. One being nacho cheese. They said they were subbing cheddar. I asked if they would hook it up since the cheddar is only an 80 cents add on and nacho cheese is 1.00$ add on. They said no not unless it says extra. Robbed me of my 20 cents. Might sound petty but your prices are already higher than most of the other Taco Bell’s near by so I wasn’t very happy. Won’t be back. Rather eat ghosts tacos anyways for the same price.

Shockingly good. Food was actually hot (it burned my mouth!). The burrito I asked to be toasted was properly toasted, not just stuck in the press for 2 seconds. Family's food was great. Staff was friendly. Very unusual for a Taco Bell, to be honest.

We ordered 5 cheesy melt steak burritos and they were fine but they would have been better if they included the avocado ranch we paid and asked for. Also they were much smaller than usual which was upsetting.

They always get my order wrong here. Never give me sauce packets and if they do, they’re exploded and stuck together. I always feel like the older lady who manages this place gives me attitude. Not a friendly environment. I will literally drive 2 miles out of my way to go to a different location rather than deal with this nonsense. Also, they are very stingy with their sauce packets.

I had some issues with the app which is not the stores fault by any means but the gentleman that goes by AD you are definitely meant for customer service u handled the situation like a professional you helped me out and you guys were busy just know you are appreciated sir and give this man a promotion ASAP!!!!

This woman did not deserve that she is the sweetest, she does not deserve that you should not be disrespected like that. But I know that you need it, I'm very sorry for her. And for the general manager, you should have a little bit more respect than that.
