This Taco Bell was amazing earlier this year. Lately the lines have been insanely slow (nobody even in line), and food quality has dropped. I’d hit the Taco Bell @ 23 and schooner instead. I added a photo of the crunch wrap they made me. Can anyone guess what ingredients they clearly forgot?

Whoever made my tostada at 8:26 pm deserves a week paid vacation and fanum tax from tb for life 😍 There was 1 surprise black bean and I’m living for it. Obsessed girly pop.

Waited over 25 minutes for food. Wasn't even busy. While waiting other customers stated they have been waiting longer. 2 other customers came in with wrong orders given while we waited. Then they gave away the poor dudes order AGAIN while he was waiting for a remake. Whatever is happening here please do better. Might have been faster to drive to Mexico to get the food or grow it from scratch.

Chilli Cheese Burrito is back, not made right!! I ordered two, very little chilli, even less cheese. Tortilla was raw, when it should have been steamed. And for $3.89 ea, not worth it. The chilli even tasted different, more like Hormel when it tasted more Coney before. Not impressed and ruined for me.
Oh my gosh. I was really bummed when they got rid of the chili cheese burrito. I'm so happy they are back. It is 1 of my favs!

Employees were extremely RUDE to customers! Other customers were struggling using the kiosk and one employee instead of helping the customer just gave an excuse as to why they had to use the kiosk, instead of ordering at the counter. Wow! This will be the last time I eat at this Taco bell. The fact that employees think it is okay to act and treat people that way is appalling!
Went through the drive through for a cheese rollup... this was what was provided.. went back through and the "manager" is at the window. I told her that the cheese wasn't melted and was all shoved on one side. She was very defensive and said "well you can always ask for them to be dbl steamed but that is the correct portion"..... I was so confused by the obvious lack of acknowledgement that they made a mistake.... why are you defending something your restaurant did wrong? Just say sorry and replace it... tell your staff there to do better.. I will drive the extra mile and go to the other one from now on... this clearly explains the bad reviews for this location.. senior management needs to jump in and retrain their staff and managers.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla from the drive thru. When I got back to work, the quesadilla didn't have a single piece of chicken and one piece didn't even have a piece of cheese on it...I tried calling before leaving this review and the phone does not work.

This location over the course of the past couple months has deliberately made all my orders wrong on purpose. As of tonight 9/17/24 another incident as the person prepping the food was hysterically laughing with the woman working the drive-through. I didn’t think anything of it until once again I get home and the entire order is wrong.
Ordered 3 DLT supreme was given 3 nacho shells with Only cheese and lettuce inside of them. I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito and checked the monitor before I drove up and I was given a burrito with only steak inside instead of beef and nothing else. This is the fourth time in a month period this has happened.
The gentlemen with a long mustache who use to work there making the food and worked the drive thru. Now works at the new location at 25 1/2 and van dyke. He warned me not to order from there because of food tampering. I didn’t bother to question him too much and thought maybe he might be bitter from no longer working there. Unfortunately the new location I believe closes at 11pm or midnight. So sometimes I’m forced to go there. However after tonight I can no longer trust even the overall cleanliness of the food.
