I came through the drive thru, ordered the new cantina crispy chicken taco, with avacado ranch instead of the normal sauce.They have me the correct sauce but the wrong meat. They made it with beef. I’m just confused how you mess up the meat when it’s in the name?. Accidents happen I guess. But I don’t have time to turn around for the correct item.

Order through drive through. Payed no receipt. Got wrong order went inside explain to employee remaid the exact wrong order again and handed it to me . I had no energy to even try with these people I just took the food and left.

Messed up my order but they gave me missing items when came back. Also threw in a couple coupons for a free taco. Just like all fast food the value is just not there anymore. Prices have increased and quality is just average.

When you really want Taco Bell and this one is the local one… LEAVE!!!! The will mess up your order everytime!!!! Even the simplest request can’t be done right. It is so sad that you give chances over and over again… staff might be friendly but clearly can’t count

Hours are confusing. Here it says you are open until 1am closed from 1a-7a. But at 430am 1/20 you have 3 employee cars in the lot and all your employees at the counter on their phones. I'm just a plow guy looking for a quick bite after a long shift. But , fully staffed & closed.

To live mas or not to live mas? That is the question. My recent experiences here have had no issues, food was warm and fresh and the service was quick and friendly. Orders? On point. Sauce? Always. Has this location even grown to rival the great Bell of 21 and Van Dyke? Perchance. Who can really say? What I can say, however, is that cuando quiero Taco Bell, this Taco Bell delivers, it fulfills wishes of cheap Mexican adjacent food with excellence. To live mas or to not live mas? This resturant answers that question with a resounding yes.
The WORST tacobell ive ever been too. And i used to work at tacobell several years back too. Three... THREE times in a row I order 2 steak grilled cheese burritos and i get BEEF ALL 3 TIMES. Clearly you have illiterate people working there that can't read the screen right infront of their faces!! This is just so incredibly sad. I used to work for tacobell to lol its so easy! I will willing drive the few extra miles to go to the hall rd and schoenherr rd location! You all suck!

Incompetent people.. I repeated twice to the lady that I would like 2 crunchy taco Supremes, she kept cutting me off and then saying she couldnt hear me..well! Stop taking! There is a delay with the mic.. Then I gave my husband's order. We get all the way home and there are no tacos. The chicken quesadilla had all sauce and 3 peices of chicken. I paid $19 for garbage and didnt get half my order So ridiculous. I'll take my business elsewhere. Do better Taco Bell.

It's taco bell, what else is there to say. I know when I am in there ordering, it is always busy, and the crew working are always busy, and on top of it. They bust there behinds to get the food out quick, hot and the order right, the bummer is, all their hard work and under paid. And like all fast food now, a quick drive-thru meal is now 50 bucks for a family of 4, For 20 more dollars I can go up the street to mexican village, sit down and have a fabulous meal, with enough left over to have a Nice lunch the next day.
