Three strikes your out!!! This is by far the worst Taco Bell that we have visited. The food portions are so small, appearance is horrible. We would like to think the manager reads these reviews. I will drive to Romeo or further on Van Dyke to purchase my meals. Bean burrito: soft shell, cheese was put on end of tortilla, then onions, beans and sauce on the other end. 4 sections as opposed to all combined.

For this being a new location it’s already so bad. The wait in the drive thru is always 20+ minutes, boxes never come in an actual box it’s just thrown in a bag. The last few times the cinnamon twists and chips have smelled like wood/old nasty oil. Just make the trip a couple miles down to get better food and service

Came here at 1:41AM on a Saturday and pulled up to the drive thru. Was told by the person taking orders that she was “the only one in the store” and therefore couldn’t take my order. Mind you there were 3 or 4 cars parked in the parking lot with no one in them. So I will be taking my late night eating back to 23 and Van Dyke from now on!

They deal with a lot of unruly people here! I witnessed customers cussing out the staff because they wanted large drinks at medium price. A little bit of a ridiculous reason to cuss, yell and honk at the drive thru.

By far one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. One time I went there and ordered nacho fries got them with none of the seasoning on them and had to ask for it on the side. Every time I go there I’m waiting at least 20-30 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me. I’d rather just drive the extra few miles to go to a faster more efficient Taco Bell and I definitely will be doing that next time.
