It is a warm, friendly space for a cup of your caffeinated beverage of choice. I have had my share of cappuccinos, always delicious and great service. I didn't have food so no review for that.

Always loved the pizza factory, but latley i am becoming obsessed, every bite i take i fall more deeply in love with the pie. Ive always considered my opinion on pizza more valid than anyone elses, and this is by far THE GREATEST PIZZERIA IN WEST MICHIGAN! if i were on death row i would request a 12" thin crust, toppings on top, with pepperoni, beef topping, onion and light anchovy , well done, as my last meal. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!🦞🥰🦞🦥🦞🤙

Great pizza with a local flavor. Some of the best pizza in West Michigan. Usually busy with carry out being the bulk of their business in late afternoon to early evening. Counter service for carry out. Table service for eating in house.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and access.
Always a great pizza from here, but this time for some reason, it was exceptional!! I recommend keeping it simple, but deluxe is amazing too!

My childhood pizza!!! Waited 24 years to enjoy it again. But they closed at 8:30pm on a ... SATURDAY?!?! Traveled 17 hours. Will try again in a couple of years. Doors were open and customers still sitting down eating. But staff didn't budge. Oh well.

This place is back to what it used to be. The pizza is super good again, and I had their Gansito and Mazapan frappes. They were so good!
We drove from Ludington after hearing this place. This is the best pizza we have ever had! The sizes are huge, and the toppings are thick and great quality.
I’d recommend their honey siracha wings, along with the chicken Hawaiian pizza or the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Their prices are phenomenal too. Can’t wait to come back.
