Our family loves The Pizza Factory so much that we make a 400-mile round trip every weekend just to grab a pizza. I recommend it to everyone I come in contact with!
We just do takeout, but it is always good pizza and they have beer. Great with pizza.

This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. I have had pizza from countless joints and have also tried multiple places in New York. This is still number 1 in my book. Recently I took my wife out to eat here and we got a Large Pepperoni and cheese pizza with a Large Cheese Breadstick. Cooked to perfection and flavor was on point. The wait staff is always nice and have a smile. Shelli was our waitress and she is by far the best waitress I have had there. This place is always clean and is expanding their bar.

Ordered our pizza and bread sticks around 6:45. At 7:30 we were still waiting for the food. We checked and the server said it's in the oven and went back to moping the floor. At 7:45 she approached us and asked if we were waiting on something. She said she would go check what happened. We said if it's not already in don't worry about it. She finished closing up and never returned to talk to us. Mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice instead of leaving someone driving back home to find something to eat after 8 pm. The pizza may have been good if I were given the chance to try it. If I did that to someone I would have been writing free coupons and profusely apologizing. But we live in a world with little concern for customer service anymore. But hey I brought home a free plate out of the deal.

A bit pricey, but the best pizza bar no other. We drive 18 miles one way on a near weekly basis. Parking is a bit sketchy at times.Parking: Possibly bring pizza out to the car via staff on all pre-ordered pizzas. In/out in a shortest period of time. Orrrr, offer a drive thru only pick up window.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best case scenario. Quite difficult as I am on crutches due to my paralysis/handicap. My snail cadence of stride gets me soaked when raining, and to hurry any faster is the potential for me to trip and fall.
