“Julia is amazing!! I go to this location every morning on the way to work. She always starts my day off with a smile and a good laugh. She is definitely the reason I choose to stay at this location (there are many locations to choose from on my route to work).“

“The service is always good here. They upsell and get me a lot. Coffee isn't consistant, specialty drinks are never done the same. Just wish they made sure they were giving the same product, everytime. Ik kids work here, but they can get it, I just think some training on the new staff would be a wise investment. Sometimes I get annoyed, I have bought a coffee from this location, tasted it is, threw it out and drove to 19/Hayes to get it done right. I go here bc it's close to my house. I just wish that they were consistent. Sometimes, they are locked in and make it to spec, and others, I'm not sure if they even know what the drink is supposed to look like. OK rant over. This is my Ted talk for the day. Oh and the food is mid. Sometimes hot and sometimes not. Again, back to that consistency. OK now I'm done.“

“Sandwich lady killed it, super nice. So fast, so good! The tall brunette kid at the window is probably my favorite window kid ive met, so cheerful! Food is almost always perfect, coffee IS ALWAYS hot, and the hospitality is through the roof! Thank you!“

“Came in at 7:05 on Monday, didn’t get the guys name but it was a young man, seemed like he was alone but he was very very quick, nice and made everything correctly and he is probably the only person that’s made the Oreo ice cap the right way out of maybe 5 other Tim hortons I been too. Good service“
