This Tim Hortons is so kind to their customer the customer service is great they're always polite professional and they don't charge for water when others do I give it a five star

Honestly, this might be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The staff acted like serving customers was the biggest inconvenience of their day. I was rushed from the second I got to the intercome no greeting, no patience, just attitude. They didn’t even bother telling me my total; they literally grabbed my card out of my hand and ran it without saying a single word.
When I finally got my food, they just slapped my sandwich into my hand with no bag, no napkins, nothing. It felt like they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. The complete lack of basic manners or professionalism was honestly shocking. If you hate dealing with people this much, maybe don’t work in customer service?
This location seriously needs new management or training because the experience was so bad I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Tim Hortons there’s no way they could be worse than this one.

Can never get a fresh hot coffee it is always cold and tastes old. Only reason I come here is it's open later than the other ones and I keep thinking one of these days ill get a decent coffee

Customer service was amazing compared to other locations. The manager honored a deal offered through the Detroit Red Wings and was eager to help and learn more! Their donuts are also tasty.

Tried to come to this Tim Hortons at 11:20 PM on a Friday night. They refused to make me a bagel and put cream cheese on it because it was 40 minutes before closing and said they already shut down their toaster because they needed time to clean it before they close. What is the point of staying open until midnight if you shut all of your food makingequipment down almost an hour before closing? I left without purchasing anything. I’m sure the owner of this franchise location would be very happy to hear. They are losing sales because the staff are closing the store down early.

Horrible customer service at the drive through!!!!! The guy that took the money and gave the drinks , couldn’t even say hello or goodbye! Horrible manners and the look on his face was disgusting and disrespectful! He had so much hatred in his eyes… we didn’t say anything about it, but i will never go back there!

After eating some of the food, I discovered that it contained hair. Immediately, I vomited. I was made to wait for a few minutes before I was served with hair.
