This is the worst Tim Hortons that I have ever visited. I'm in drive-thru and was the second vehicle in line and had to wait for 15 minutes to get a medium coffee with triple cream. Seriously, just what is going on at this place. Someone needs to get it together at this Tim Hortons. I will never go to this location again. If the vehicle ahead of me had a large order they should have been instructed to move out of the drive-thru so that the line could be moving along. The line was around the entire Tim Hortons building. Sorry, but You lost me as a customer. Corporate will hear from me soon.

Absolutely the WORST coffees I’ve ever received from Tim Hortons! Not only could they not get my order correct (after repeating 3 times), but they also sold me two cups of coffee ¼ full of coffee grinds. Really, how hard is it to make coffee? Unreal! Google needs negative stars for places like this.

Ordered bagel with chive cream cheese. Never asked if I wanted toasted or not. It was toasted with slight skin of the wrong cream cheese. The price with coffee not wort the $6.02.

Ordered two medium hot French vanilla cappuccinos and beyond nasty. Taste like hot water with sugar. Called the manager and they told me to drive back and they'll remake them. Gtfoh I'm not driving back 4 miles. I shoulda known when they took forever to make them.

Came in at 7:05 on Monday, didn’t get the guys name but it was a young man, seemed like he was alone but he was very very quick, nice and made everything correctly and he is probably the only person that’s made the Oreo ice cap the right way out of maybe 5 other Tim hortons I been too. Good service

To the owner - I was a regular customer until today, Sunday 721/2024. It's 10.30am, slow morning, I am ordering pretzel begels, doubke chocolate donuts, timbits, cofee, etc. Inside the store. First of all, they mixed the donuts and the begels in one bag (not a usual practice),, I asked nicely for a separate beg, they lokked like I was bothering tgem for being there. Second, they should clise the lid on the cofee. I burned myself, I told them, there was cofee all over the floor. They didn't even ask if I was ok. NOT COMING BACK, I SPENT ABOT 50-60 $ EVERY WEEKEND IN YOUR STORE, NOT ANYMORE.

Regular customer (ex-customer), 1st time complainer. THE WORST, let me tell you I ordered a vanilla almond iceed latte, simple enough..... I get a latte, no vanilla. Fast forward roughly 2 weeks from this "simple mistake" to again ordering the complex vanilla almond ice latte and to receive.... vanilla (?), almond milk (?), ice (?), espresso (?). Now the latest and greatest... And again, with the complex vanilla almond ice latte, espresso (?), Ice(?), vanilla (?), almond milk (?) instead, it's regular milk. Not once but twice. And for those who can't have diary understand, the importance in this. This may seem petty, but remember this is YOUR job. This IS what you are getting paid to do when you come to that building.
