The employees are always super nice and try to get everything done quick and easy. Never have had a problem, and even if there was any issues they always made sure to do whatever they can to correct it. 👌

Absolutely garbage. The store is dirty and understaffed. The store owner is an incredibly rude man who refuses to speak English to both customers and employees. The iced coffee is stored in giant OPEN buckets in the fridge. Expect rude service and disgusting food. I'd expect nothing more from a company known for its under staffed stores

I just ordered a large hot black with milk and I clearly asked for it twice and they didn't put any in and this isn't the first time they've messed up yet when I just called the girl in the phone is making excuses about where the milk comes from

The service is always good here. They upsell and get me a lot. Coffee isn't consistant, specialty drinks are never done the same. Just wish they made sure they were giving the same product, everytime. Ik kids work here, but they can get it, I just think some training on the new staff would be a wise investment. Sometimes I get annoyed, I have bought a coffee from this location, tasted it is, threw it out and drove to 19/Hayes to get it done right. I go here bc it's close to my house. I just wish that they were consistent. Sometimes, they are locked in and make it to spec, and others, I'm not sure if they even know what the drink is supposed to look like. OK rant over. This is my Ted talk for the day. Oh and the food is mid. Sometimes hot and sometimes not. Again, back to that consistency. OK now I'm done.

Nice people. Good service. I like to get the vanilla ice cap made with oatmilk because my dairy intolerance. It's great. Recommended this location. Very convenient.
They charge me a glass/cup of water, and staff is super rude.... Never coming back

Stopped at this Tim Hortons this morning for a coffee, place the order at the drive-thru. The attendant (man) after taking my order never bothered to say thank you and pull up. At the window attendant (women) after paying and getting my coffee, no thank you have a nice day no nothing. The two employees spoke broken English maybe that's why they don't say anything, but I have to say I came from another country and I was taught to say thank you and have a nice day when a customer would spend money in a business. I won't be stopping here anymore.

Just left drive thru for breakfast gave me cold stale hashbrowns and a burnt croissant and its burnt on inside, haven't looked at my donut hope that's ok :( I won't be coming back
