Unfortunately will pass off regular coffee as decaf smh!! Stop doing this some people really can’t drink regular coffee!!!!

DON'T GO HERE!!! THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER PATROIZED! POOR QUALITY FOOD! RUDE EMPLOYEES AND HORRIBLE MANAGER!! IF you look below, you'll see the complaints!! If the MANAGER she claims she's the only owner, has a horrible attitude, why would the employees have better attitudes. It's no way this place has 4 Anything stars. Try another Tim Hortons this by far is the worst! Fun fact, when you complain about your food being raw, or your drink being not being filled up the manager calls the customer names and the employees laugh. You've been warned! Raw beacon was served to me not once, but twice. When I asked for them to remake it, they gave me the same sandwich and laughed. ( REMIND YOU THE MANAGER WAS RIGHT THERE LAUGHING!!) The customer service is by far the worst! How are you upset, because I don't want to eat raw bacon?! Or you're serving a half filled cup of coffee..You've been warned! Various comments below saying the same thing. With pictures of serving raw bacon more than one complaint,coffees not being filled up, serving burnt food, oh I didn't even get to the point of the manager recharging my card twice and laughing Which I have proof of that.. Let's just say calls had to be made.( That same call that was made advised me to leave a review)
Interesting that there are several similar complaints about this Tim Hortons on 23 and Hayes, right next to the Meijers. Very disappointing.

I placed an oline order and when I went in I wasn't greeted, nobody asked me if I needed help so I will never come here again you people are very unprofessional 👎👎

I always go to this Tim Hortons . It is the best location you can go to. I know when I go there they always make my coffee delicious, compared to the other locations. One time I complained about service I had received from one of the employees and that they messed up my order so I filed a complaint, the manager reached out to me and gave me a refund and apologized for any inconvenience. It is good to see great customer service. Overall, this is the best and efficient Tims to go to!

I had been to Tim hortons before but today I went to this location for the first time, September 24th 2025 @ 5:35/5:50pm.
Before anything, I’m very unbiased. The food was great, our drinks were great, the only thing poor was the service. First I went to the window and paid $25 for 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. When I went to pay, the first cashier told me my total and asked for the money. I handed her $2 for cash and told her the rest would be through card. I pulled my phone out for Apple Pay and she asked for my phone, took it and tapped it and gave it back. I ordered 2 Large strawberry refreshers and a small berry refresher. When I received my order the first time the cashier handed me, 3 small refreshers, instead of 2. I asked her if the refreshers only come in 1 size and she stated no. That’s when I reminded her I ordered 2 large refreshers and 1 small. I told her I will pay for them to be larges if I have to, that’s fine. She then tried restating I only ordered smalls until my passenger reassured me, I ordered larges. I persisted once again, asking her to just charge me for larges and make them larges. After this she turned away and the window had been closed. She re-opened them and another female worker presented herself. She told me it was only going to be one dollar extra for Larges, I said “that’s fine, I said I’ll pay already.” I gave the first cashier my phone again to pay for the extra charge. Then I only received one large drink. They closed the windows and opened them again and I said “I only received 1 Large. It was supposed to be 2 and 1 small.” Then another worker popped into the window with another small and he said that small, was my drink. I then reiterated I wanted 2 Large drinks and 1 small. So they restated that it’s extra and I said okay I’ll pay it. Then I handed them my phone again and waited to receive the large. After leaving I quickly seen I was charged 2 different prices for the same charge each time. I was charged $1.79 & $2.32 and was confused as to why I was charged two different prices so I went through the drive thru and they explained to me they realized they messed after charging me the first time and actually meant to charge me more. They went on to further explain that it was an accident between charging me for a small vs a large. The $1 upcharge was actually $1.79 but was only for a small upcharge. It didn’t make any sense because if you charged me $3.99 already for a small and add 1.79 for the upcharge or whatever, you get $5.78. So the second charge was $2.32…which again still doesn’t make sense because I was being charged 2 different prices for the same thing. Changing a small to a Large. The girl then showed me a large drink was 4.99 and my total came out to $5 and some change. So, not only did these workers not communicate, but were trying to argue back with me about changing my drinks to the drinks I ordered. I don’t know why they charged me what they charged me because of their poor communication and I never received a receipt either. I’m very disappointed and confused. Honestly Tim Hortons, I’ve got 6.5 years of coffee shop experience, if you guys need a hand I’m glad to apply. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the employees should be retrained.

That was my grilled cheese . When I go and confirm about that sandwich she starts to make fun of me with the other employees . Rude . I am not going there again . This is not the first time and other times was made with different cheese .
