There were dirty tables not being cleaned and an overflowing garbage container. I mentioned this to the girls behind the counter, and they just shrugged their shoulders and turned away.

Gets my order wrong almost every time. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. I was given a large hot coffee with cream. I work nights so I really needed that espresso.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve received my breakfast sandwich with uncooked bacon. The hash brown was cold. The staff definitely didn’t want to be there. I’m done with Tim Hortons.

Food and coffee great but service today at this location-not so much. I very clearly ordered a small vanilla cold brew thru drive thru. When I got to window, cashier had large cold brew. No biggie, simply told her I supposed to have a small cold brew. No apology. Not another word from her. She took my payment and gave me the correct beverage and sandwich in complete silence. Would not even look at me. Very rude, especially since it was my error not my fault. With so many Tim location’s near by, definitely won’t come to this one again.

Just stopped to get my girls some Xmas Eve Tim Bits after church and we had the nicest guy working the drive thru! Greeted us, said Merry Christmas multiple times and was just genuinely a nice guy. Much better than another local donut place nearby where the workers barely grunt at you. Keep up the good work!!

I went here with my mom around 3:30-4 pm yesterday 10/4/23. This young guy who seemed not to speak English, was HORRIBLE. I ordered a caramel iced cappuccino. It took him forever to punch that into the register. Then I wanted a bagel & I asked him if they had salt or pretzel bagels. He looked at me as if he didn’t understand, & said “bagel?” I said yes & repeated what types I wanted. He then went to a young girl who was working the drive through as well & told her I wanted a bagel with the look of complete confusion on his face. She helped us then but it took 20 minutes for us to get a small coffee, a caramel iced cappuccino, a toasted bagel with cream cheese & 2 donuts. That guy is completely useless & should be fired

The girl that helped us inside the building was sweeping the back and used the same gloves she used to clean to grab our food. I’m sorry but that is very unprofessional and unsanitary. Will not be back !
