Went thru the drive thru this morning and the girl in the speaker was copping an attitude because I asked if the old fashioned plain donut were made fresh. She stated the donuts were made fresh every morning and I told her I received a stale one and she was basically fighting me and telling me that’s not possible. So I go up to the window where the same older guy from the last time when I got my donut. I asked him if he remembered the transaction when I tipped him a $1 because I added the old fashioned plain donut. He than claimed to make the donuts fresh him self every morning @5. I received a stale donut and to argue with a customer about a $1.50 donut is crazy work. To the owner that’s gonna reply with some file a timhorntons.com/customerfeedback. The transaction was 6:26am on 11-19 the speaker part was probably about few minutes before. I know you’re not gonna do anything since the drive thru guy is a lifer at Tims and probably a store manager. I remember him from the Utica location many years ago also being rude. Crazy work to argue about the donut that I was willing to pay for, it’s not like I asked for it to be free.

Today I went to drive thru before work and the women who took my order was very unprofessional and was rushing me to put in my order. Donuts and coffee was good but she was very rude to me, I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

Went through the drive thru at 6 this morning. Ordered a hot coffee after I placed that order the girl on the speaker was being rude and rushing me I ordered a 2nd drink and iced capp Supreme. I then tried to order the boo bucket and was rudely told they were out which is okay. I got 6 donuts instead mind you it's really early for me I was asking if they had specific donuts and she again rudely made remarks. I definitely won't be returning here on my morning commute. There's another location down the road. Your first conversation in the morning with a worker shouldn't be rude and aggressive it should be positive it starts your day off. The drinks and donuts were perfect though and the gentleman at the window who took my money was very polite

Tried the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich and I liked it a lot, especially the toasted or lightly cooked croissant. I thought breakfast wouldn't be available at 12:30 (0 waiting since no one was ordering ATM) but a limited menu was which was nice! I also tried a mini donut and it was it $0.55, which makes it easy to try and consider other donuts. Good value too based on my order with a Boston creme donut too.
I like the decorative sofas and tv inside too although it seems more for resting rather than dining (bc it's a coffee table). The employee I met was helpful, kind, and seemed knowledgeable since I didn't know if +what breakfast was open.
Oh, and the free wifi is good, at around 120mbps download and 93mbps upload, so it's fast to be snappy.

I’ve come to this location 4 times in total now and I will start by saying the coffee is good however….
My next statement brings us to a food, safety and regulation concern. I watched through the window as the gentleman was making my breakfast sandwich he was touching everything bare handed after just touching other objects. I respectfully declined the sandwich because of what I had just witnessed and he still tried to charge me for it. Alway ask for your receipt, he ended up refunding me but I had to advocate for myself.
Any other location I’ve been to I’ve seen the employees using the clear plastic gloves.

Very disrespectful employees zero experience with customers
Worst tims ive ever been to. I've been here a few times and what ive seen is gross and honestly sad. I see workers dropping food on the floor yelling obscenities and being extremely rude to seemingly highschool kids being degraded and overworked dont recommend this place.

I went here last Sunday through the drive thru and they rung up the wrong drink and overcharged me on my order. I paid for it and noticed on the receipt an error. So I mentioned it and the blonde girl with the pony tail that took the order said " I admit I made a mistake but there is nothing I can do. She told me and my wife to "get the F.... out" !!! She not only screamed it once but 4 times, I use to go to this location every other day. I called corporate # and they said a manager will call me back. I got no follow up call. Can't believe this is our new customer service that's acceptable !!!

This was my first time here. I came in to grab a bite to eat a few moments ago and i ordered a wrap with two donuts. The young woman behind the counter was polite and professional. The 'manager' behind the counter making the sandwiches was rude and unprofessional. I have a disability with hearing, after she makes my wrap she throws it up on a shelf and yells back towards the kitchen. I didn't hear what she was saying and it certainly didn't look like she was talking to me (because i am hard of hearing so i watch) i asked her if this was for me after waiting a moment and got a rude response as if i should have known. No other location served my food in a small box like this how the hell was i to know that was for me.
Do better lady.
