I have only been to this location a few times in the morning to get donuts for my grandchildren. When I walked inside earlier this week, I was greeted by a tall man with a huge smile. This worker looked like a high schooler, but acted more like a mature adult. He helped me choose the best donuts and made my coffee to perfection. A gem of a worker! I also got to watch the other employees working the drive through. They have such a good system going on, getting cars in and out as fast as possible, while being friendly to everyone. My grandchildren loved their donuts and I loved my coffee. Great experience!

The worst Tim Hortons, ordered a large coffee was waiting in line for 10 min!!! The stupid other workers were getting everyone’s orders that were in drive thru behind us. We’re just sitting there waiting for our 1 LARGE COFFEE! This is not the first time at this Tim Hortons, avoid going there at all costs. Management needs to step in and do something about this store!!!!

Whoever the girl is that takes the window orders is RUDE. This is my favorite Tim Hortons and I’ve never had an issue until now. This is multiple days in a row now and she cuts you off and always corrects you with a snarky tone god forbid you say something incorrectly. I highly advise management/ownership does something. This is the type of service you lose loyal customers over. I’m also not the only one to be complaining about her based on other reviews.

We love coming here because coffee is constantly good. But oh my gosh the lady who does drive through is so rude cuts you off just to give an attitude makes me not wanna come back just based on service!
