Tropical Smoothie Cafe is known for its amazing staff who work hard and provide great customer service. The team, mostly made up of teens and young adults, understands the importance of a smile and good service. The restaurant offers a straightforward online ordering process for pickup. While the smoothies are fine, the hummus wrap was a bit of a letdown as it contained an ingredient that had been specifically requested to be excluded due to an allergy. This caused a minor issue, but it was quickly noticed and no harm was done. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, although it may not warrant a return visit.
