Smoothies and food are good but please STOP asking for tips for drive thru orders! You are not a dine in restaurant with servers and waiters. If you want your employees to make more money then pay them more and stop trying to pass the buck to your customers!

The smoothie was fine. The service was weird. The person at the drive through stuck a card reader attached to a stick in my face and told me I had to select a tip amount before I could pay. It was pretty aggressive. When I’m paying with a card at a fast food chain I don’t tip and definitely shouldn’t have a stick shoved at me for tip and payment. Covid is over. Just take my card

The staff here is amazing... they work their tails off. We are just down the road, so I stop in often to grab smoothies and/or food for the team. On the very rare occasion when there has been any error, they've made it more than right for me (and I think that has been 2x out of probably 25 orders). I've watched them bustle around while waiting inside - and just in awe of how hard they hustle and sling fruit and ice! I can't really compare to other stores but...
