I get 3 famous footlong subs from here, conveniently, every time I go next door to get my water jugs filled. The service is great, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious and they always give me a 10% veteran discount, which really means alot to me, that they support Veterans. Definitely recommend this Tubbys! 👍 👍 👍

Had the best meal with my family after ordering carry out from here. The one down the road was closed so came here instead. Very happy with the service and food! They also had a gluten free bun which was excellent and was a bonus to be able to order it as a 6 inch instead of the foot long most places require for gluten free roll. Will be back!

Tubbys this is not right yall had to look at this food before you sent it out the door! I asked for wings not fried hard these are hard and black! The phone is always off the hook and it's usually not very busy all the time how does this even happen? The cook had to see my food. I'll be contacting management.
Contacted mgr sue on Monday because I was told managers are NOT in everyday. After speaking with her she said they would replace the wings or i could get something of the same value I said ok fine I'll come by when I can pick it up it won't be today so she took my name. I Called before I came exactly 7 days later and it went from yes we will replace it to Take the review down and then you can get your meal. Now that people has really made me not want the food who knows what's going on behind the scenes if they choose to be spiteful or what and who runs their business like this. Yea I'm gonna take it as a loss and that's the sad part that I even have to accept this when i took pictures the customers are always right definately doesnt apply here. They do alot of things but paying attention to your food isn't 1 or honoring their request when they are in the wrong. If you go to this place be aware what your gonna be dealing with and the professionalism of the management that drops in from time to time. 👎

I had such a lovely visit to Tubby’s! The food was delicious and everything was nice and fresh. A young man named Jake helped me with the menu, and he was so patient with me I really appreciated the great service. I’ll certainly be coming back!

We went here for lunch and from the time I ordered to when i got my two subs it was almost half an hour ( 28 minutes and most of my lunch time) they clearly we not organized and had little idea of what they were meant to do. :/

Since I’ve lived in the area forever, this is the most genuine Tubbys, since the one I went to when I was little on Masonic. However, after seeing a grub hub review of someone who didn’t get their order right I felt the need to say something. We’ve recently moved out of the area and I still crave their famous! I have tried calling 3 times over the last six months to place an order and every time, the phone goes to a message “not available” I went in today because I was in the area. Placed an order and asked if they changed their phone number? Was told “they don’t answer it during busy times, and their DoorDash and Grubhub were super busy” meanwhile saw an employee chatting it up for the entire time I waited for my order to be made. The two employees making the meal were super friendly. It left me wondering, why shut your phones off? You have a loyal base that will come and pick up their food, you’re paying extra money for these services that I bet if you add the numbers you’re paying them more than an extra employee. Kinda makes me sad. Food was ? on point though as usual.
