The service was not good, asked for a ham and cheese sandwich but i was given tomato and lettuce on it, the manager said i was wrong after we asked for them to remake the sandwich over 3 times and each time it had the same mistake.

Great food, but a bit expensive for sides considering how small they are. It's a sub shop. I'm not sure what kinda atmosphere you could expect?Hot food is hot / cold food is cold, basic kinda menu. Will be back soon! Extra Tubby's sauce on the side, please!

My brother just brought me a chicken and chedder from here and I think it's the worst sandwich I've ever ate from tubbys. Imlay city tubbys comes in second to worst. Bread is falling apart, chicken is dry and ladies were very rude making the sandwiches. I don't know how much coperate keeps an eye on these places but they better because they won't have any business if they keep making subs at sub par for this price.

lets start off I have celiac and was in a rush for lunch stopped in and asked if they had gluten free bread option. Not only did the manager help me out she made the sub on a clean station and opened all new ingredients to prevent cross contamination. she did say all of the tomatoes she has will be contaminated and asked me is that was okay. 100 percent okay for me. Will go back for a quick lunch just based on the service!
