Grandma Esther's Kitchen

I have been coming to the area for over 54 years and I've never been to Grandma Esther's kitchen. I did not even realize it existed, and it is only 13 minutes away from my property. I love these old school party stores and restaurants. I was told they had been in business for 27 years. Overall I think that it is a great place to stop if you want to support a local business. I do have to say that some of their prices are a bit high. I know a small party store has to charge more, but the pizza prices were a bit exorbitant. The pizza was good, but still not better than Jets, which is actually less expensive. The other menu prices seem to be fair, and I will try other food in the future and let you know.
The candy cigarettes were a hoot, I loved seeing them!

We love, granny and her pizza and tell all her foods made of love highly recommend best pizza and deli in Mount Pleasant. Definitely worth the drive out of town.

A mom and pop place in the middle of no where saved us hungry bikers! Great food. Grandma is very kind and a great cook! The wet burrito, french fries, and grinders are very tasty. Prices are reasonable! Grandma surprised us all with a slice of peanut butter cake! Absolutely delicious! I was lucky enough to find 4 slices for sale and bought them all!

What a lovely find. Esther was just about as friendly and kind as a human being can be. The Hanging Geraniums I purchased are gorgeous. And don't even get me started on her famous peanut butter cake...Delicious!

If you would rather spend your money in a Mom n Pop's store this is the place .Turns out she knew my father ( she recognized my last name on the Debit card) so we struck up a 10 minute conversation.The Deli sandwich was excellent.The Owner ( Mary ) is very pleasant .I'll be dropping in again next time I get in the neighborhood.You don't get that kind of experience at a big box store.
