For a hole in the wall, middle of nowhere country bar, this place has absolutely no business being as incredible as it is. The food is unbelievable, literally the best cheese curds I have had in my whole life. Service can get a little spotty when they are crazy busy, but the staff does the best they can. Just be patient, enjoy the experience, and you'll have a great time
We're from down state, but every time we're in the Stanton area, we HAVE to stop by the Sidney Tavern. It's such a cool little dive bar where the food is amazing and staff is super friendly. This time through, two of had burgers (top notch) and I had the Ruben eggrolls. I've had them here before and have done by best to replicate them at home, but Sidney Tavern takes the prize every time. Highly recommend this little gem!
Typical small, old neighborhood bar, it was crowded, loud and friendly. Varied menu that tasted great. The sweet potato fries with cinnamon cream cheese dip made my day! Very cold beer for a mere 1.75!
