Prices are awful. Our burgers tasted good but we're a mess and things were forgotten.

Food is usually good, however, this has to be the most expensive fast food place around. You could go to a fine dining restaurant for these prices.

I love this place. Great strawberry shakes. Friendly fast service. The food is always hot and fresh. They bring it to your car or you can sit outside.

Come on now. It's sad cause it was good food... Go out of town....Go to YALE. It's actually A&W the way it's supposed to taste..to the owner putting up the number. Why do I need to call for my bad experience when I can clearly read them throughout others reviews? Learn from what Yale has been doing for years now...that's actually caring about putting out good food and having satisfied customers. If you're also the one that owns the one in Yale. Well idk what's going on 🤔

They need to get it together . Whoever the owner is . They need to be present and show their people how to run the place . It's just awful save the time and aggravating wait and go some where else.
Update September 25, again complete uter disappointment. Simple request no Onions and nope didn't listen have ZERO CARE for customer needs. Im totally done with this place . Never return again.

I've only been to this location a handful of times, but every time I've gone my food is very good. I don't receive lukewarm sandwiches like don't of the other restaurants who let them sit in the window, etc. The last time I was at a different location I received burnt onion rings in the bottom half of my container, so it's a big deal when I actually receive food that should be the norm but isn't these days. My one and only complaint has to do with printed receipts. Why are minor children's first any last name printed on every receipt? I'm up for accountability and all, but these are minors and retaliation has become to commonplace these days. Please remove the last name and replace it with just the initial. Otherwise, I'll be back for hot food 😉

I went to go order my food it came up to $25 and I had all $2 bills I asked them if they took them and they said no they will not take $2 bills so I canceled that order and the manager got a attitude

Wife picked me up a double bacon cheeseburger. The patties were smashed so thin to the point they were cooked so dry there was no juiciness to the meat. Im usually a big fan of A&W, maybe get the cooks in Marysville or Yale to teach this location how to grill. For what this location charges you should have better quality
