Horrible service, regardless of if you order on the app or in the driveway. Recently ordered a curbside pickup and after 15 minutes of waiting outside after getting the update it was on the way I called and they had forgot to make it. That is ok it the attitude they have while wasting your time and money. Horrible service and ridiculously long to make the food, defeating the purpose of fastfood.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and my order was wrong. The food was cold and lacked the quality you'd expect, even from fast food. The restaurant was also dirty, with tables left uncleaned and trash piling up. Overall, a terrible experience, and I won't be coming back.

Very poor service! Ordered via App, arrived at location less than 5 mins after order. Waited for # to be called. Double checked with staff on order status. Stated it was being prepared. 10 more minutes rechecked with same staff member and was told the food has been waiting and number was called. Very slow and disappointing, thanks for semi-warm food!
