Staff doesn't tend to the counter. I do not use the kiosk to order. Waiting 3 minutes to have staff look at you and then walk away from the register means I leave for somewhere else to get food. This is common at many McDs now.

Location has "ZERO" quality control. Always messing up my a black ice coffee order. Not sure how much easier the order could be. Was spending $8 a day here. I'm done going here. You gotta see a drop in your sales, I can't be the only one tired of people sucking at their job. Good luck.

I ordered 2 medium fries and a small frie. When I received them they were very brown and old tasting. I went back through drive through and asked for new fries. The female manager told me to pull into parking space 1 while my new fries were being cooked. They brought me out the same old fries that they dropped in the fryer again... when I called to talk to the manager she informed me that the fryer oil is old and that's why the fries are dark......well then maybe you should change your fryer oil.....further more if the fryer oil is making the fries taste old and appear dark then why were the chicken nuggets fine???? Poor management, I have never had a bad experience at this location until today and from the other reviews I've read it sounds like others had an issue with the same manager. Looks like the choice of manager should be reevaluated! Poor management skills on her part. When I called her she asked what do you want free coupons.....No! What I want is the food I ordered cooked properly, not an insult insinuating I want something for free. I'm a regular customer at this location and probably will not return! Visited on 1-14-2024 @ about 11 a.m

Just went to grab my son a Big Mac meal. They handed his order to the car in front of me who opened the Big Mac kerwin first box then handed it back to the employees, when I reached the window I saw the box sitting there still open. The girl then looks inside and then closes it and tries to hand it to me. I asked for a new one, she tells a male employee who in front of me opens the box and looks inside then tries to hand it to me. Then the manager Danielle asked for to pull over while they make one. She walks not even a minute later and hands me what I’m guessing is the same box for a 4th time
