First time here, not really a great impression. Nice staff.
I asked for an asiago bagel and received an everything bagel. Paid for extra cream cheese on both sides and did not get that at all
I find if the first impression isn’t that great then it’s probably like that quite a bit. Because what’s the chances of your first time there, They get the order completely wrong? I paid extra for things I never received, wrong type of bagel on my bragel. It’s pet peeve of mine that if I pay extra for something I Hold them to a high standard to uphold their end of the deal
Driving around the lake from Chicagoland and I was looking for a caffeine boost. I had heard of Biggby, but let me say coffee is NOT the name of the game here. The whole menu is frothy milkshakes. We asked for two black coffees and I think it took a while for the person to ring it up because they don’t sell much of that. The 2 cups we got were bland and a little better than lukewarm. The brew must have been sitting in the carafe all day.

I come here very often. Me & my dad love it. Today I got a bagel & three times I asked for the Asiago bagel & was still given an everything bagel. Even after the corrections & after one of the girls confirmed that I wanted the Asiago. They weren’t out of the Asiago & I know this because it was confirmed I could get that one. Sucks that I got the wrong bagel.
Went here at 6am right when they opened today. The staff was super friendly and refreshingly positive. I was very satisfied with their customer service and the food and drinks tasted great!!

I've only been to Biggby a handful of times and know nothing about coffee. I went to the drive thru and asked what sugar free tea lattes they had and the women proceeds to list off a bunch of flavors. I got one and tasted it when I left and it was coffee (I hate coffee, hence why I asked about tea lattes). My friend went to the window to take it back and they offered no apology, no refund, and no swap and treated him like he was stupid while saying none of their tea lattes are sugar free. I wasn't sure they offered sugar free tea lattes (not everywhere does) and would have been happy to go somewhere else but instead paid $7 for a drink I hated. Real bummer about the customer service here.

I come here frequently on my way to work and basically always get the same thing. Rarely have an issues worth mentioning. I happen to pay attention to my drink once I arrived at work and it was full of mystery white floaties. Now I know some might say it’s pulp but it wasn’t. There was pulp in there as well. It settled at the top when it wasn’t touched and even my coworkers said they wouldn’t drink it. Unfortunately threw the drink away which is sad when it’s like $7 or whatever. Workers are always nice and polite so no complaints there.

Friendly workers and the coffee is fine, but it can be slow and there is only one lane, so if you’re in a hurry you can’t get out.
Bro they brewed the coffee so well!!! Yummy!! Give em a pay rase!!
Friendly. Helpful. And Courteous.
Awesome coffee and staff.

I feel trapped in the drive-through because their system is down and I can't decide if I want my coffee enough to wait any longer. Edit: Decided it wasn't worth the wait any longer.

Spent $8 on a drink that wasn’t only very obviously under filled but it was also the wrong drink. Asked for a frozen teddy bear and got some disgusting other drink. Coloma and Paw Paw are better.

They only have one driveway to enter the property and the cars were backed up into the street.
I went to the walkup window, ordered a medium black French roast, my usual order unless my wife gets something.
I could feel that the coffee was not hot and should have returned it. We're kind of in a hurry so we left. And it was not hot at all and unless they do a different blend of French roast, it was NOT French roast that I usually get.
I did call the store and got the condescending and obligatory, Oh well. Sorry. Can you come back. That was about a mile and a half away. It's not the first time it's happened at a Biggby drive-thru. I don't consider myself a coffee snob but I do like fresh hot coffee. So so disappointing because it shows a level of dishonesty and untruthfulness.
First time going to this Biggby and had a great experience! They were friendly and gave great suggestions for new drinks to try.

Passing thru decided to grab 2 coffees. I blended frappe, caramel and 1 iced latte caramel sugar free. I'm sorry but both were really bad. The sugar free was a hair worse, but we took one sip of both and threw them away. We had Biggby once before in a different state and it was average. Figured we'd try again. Bad idea. We wasted our money this time, not really interested in going back even if it was free of charge. Not our kind of coffee I guess.
Sorry, not recommended-MVP
