I have never been to a Biggby where the employees have almost no knowledge of coffee whatsoever! Yesterday, my Mom ordered an Iced Caramel Marvel and the employee asked if that's the same as "Over Ice." Also...for many years, Biggby sizes have been Short, Tall, Grande, etc. Now, none of the employees know what I'm talking about when I order a Grande latte. "So, do you want a medium?" Please support the OTHER local coffee shops who do a much better job!

No salted caramel; line backs out into Blue Star and you can’t escape. Wait 20 minutes to find out they don’t have something they typically have. First time at the new drive through; and last…..

Decent overall but nothing special and customer service was friendly but not accurate (2 of 3 orders were wrong when they came out). The drinks are very sugary & sweet even compared to similar such drinks at Dunkin and more expensive. The food was solid and was the best part.This is a walk up window only location with minimal outdoor seating nearby as well.
