BK... This was the best BK I have had in a long time! And the lady who was there was running BOTH windows by herself. I don't know her name BUT she deserves a raise!!! She even did it with a smile and a great attitude!

They never have enough people staffed. I have often been completely ignored while going through the drive thru. It's like they don't want business. I'm not a huge fan of BK to begin with but the service at the south Haven location is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. It needs to be closed or corporate needs to step in.

Waited for 30 minutes for my food. And the kid that was cashier argued with me about what size i wanted my 8 piece chicken fries. It don't go by size it goes by count. Seemed really high and when i came up to the window he was more focused about being on his phone than doing his job

Workers completely rude during the whole order process the food is poorly made with mayonnaise flooding the burger( it is just a whopper… everyone knows what is on it) not to mention the fact even managers at this location catch an attitude the second they have to actually help a customer or correct an employee ingredients found are on the cusps expiring when someone goes to a fast food place no one expects perfection but this experience has been pathetic and making me less likely to even suggest it as a meal option

This place is trash just close it already. Sat for 15 minutes before even ordering with a single car ahead of me, finally get my order placed and the first car that was here when I pulled in is STILL here. This happens every time I come here I enjoy burger king food but this one in particular is the absolute laziest staff and the food suffers because if it. It takes longer to get the damn food than it does to eat it 😔

I actually left. Staff would not take front counter orders. They we're so worried about drive thru they left several customers just standing there. 5 minutes in, I left.

Never open when they say they’re going to be. Many times I have gone into the drive-through and they will not take your order. It is long past time they should have been open. McDonald’s get a lot more business because of this.

I wanted in the drive through for 25 minutes. They said it would be just a moment…. If you’re overwhelmed hire more people or just not open. This is ridiculous!!
