This location has improved and seems to be trying to keep up with the tourism food is usually pretty good and the employees are usually helpful and kind there are some new employees that I havnt encountered but the ones who have been there a while do a good job at training them.

I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness, awesome team work, amazing service, and great tasting warm food! My family wanted Burger King on Christmas Eve, so I bought a fest of food!! And we were very thankful they were open in the mid afternoon .I Highly Recommend going to Burger King in South Haven.
Had a great experience and want to recognize how hard of a worker the general manager Jaime is. Walked in happy left happier!! Thnk you for the great experience

I have been to Burger King at least 3-4 times out of the past 10 days and the Icee machine was out of order every time. Sometimes I go there specifically for the Icee and I will get a small amount of food like a cheeseburger or some fries but I am not feeling the King at the moment so yall better step up your game

Lied and said they were closed so they didn’t have to make my order, sucky service and let me sit at the speaker for alm 15 minutes before even saying anything. While it was a whole 1hr and a half before their actual close. Lazy workers

Parking lot was trashy the order board looked like it could use a good cleaning mu onion rings were cold probably sitting there for a while my whopper was cold and fries were cold not to satisfied but my chicken sandwich was good and mozzarella sticks were good

The hash brown's were so hard that i used them like rocks to skip across my pond and you could have used the biscuit as a lethal weapon if ever in a pinch.
