Normally Clementines is amazing but this last time has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Fist the hostess was skipping parties and my wife had to ask what was going on. She was polite about it so that was good.
We finally get seated after almost 40 minutes of waiting. The waitress came over and took our drink order and we also ordered onion rings as well. It took almost 40 min for the rings to come out. Then our dinner...what a disappointment. I got the Cajun chicken pasta and my chicken was cold. Like it was sitting for a long time. The fries i ordered also were like gummy in texture. My youngest son got mac and cheese and it was basically kraft Mac and cheese and it was cold! He didn't even touch it. My oldest got a burger he ate it but he wasn't happy. My wife her steak wasn't to her liking. We've never had a bad experience like this.
They keep saying they got a new system that's causing issues in the back. They need to go back to the old ways. Even the server was complaining

Roast beef sandwich was dry and there was only minimal cheese on it. Clean and friendly staff too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entryway was slippery with a lot of leaves. Be careful of the downward slope entering the dining room if you have a walker.
This was the anniversary of my husband's death. He loved Clementine's. Shared memories and sorrow with my step daughter, Diane. It was a healing time for us both.

What an amazing experience! The decore was very interesting, staff were fantastic. And to top it off, the food was out of this world! Highly recommend the ribeye and the red rooster. Make sure to get the tower of onion rings.

Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere! Perhaps Black River Tavern. Hard to believe that a chef couldn't get a medium cooked steak right on 2 attempts! Unbelievable, actually. We've eaten here a lot but won't go back! For a $20 meal I ended up with a baked potato (that was not taken back to the kitchen) I was asked to put that on the appetizer plate. Really??? So yep, first steak well done, second attempt rare. Waitress offered a 3rd try but I had my 97 yr old mother with me that was done with her meal. I should have brought it to the attention of the manager. We drove a long way hoping for a wonderful meal. Disappointing that prices are up and quality is terrible
