The food was amazing!!! So good! The fried mushrooms were the best Ive had in years! And the shrimp and perch dinner were 5 stars! Atmosphere is a lovely, old fashioned bar with warm rich decor. The only reason why I have it 4 stars was our waitress. She never smiled, was very quiet, and didn't seem to like her job much. We were barely done with dinner when she gave us our check, and we had wanted dessert. I witnessed other wait staff and they seemed friendly.
What a cool place to eat at. Looks full of history. I wish i could see the building when it was first built. The staff was nice. Drinks... kinda pricey but my gingerbread white Russian was strong and oh so delicious. Had a festival salad. Not sure what they marinade their chicken in, but it was on point! Lastly, the onion rings towered on a stick....totally works! Helped them not stick together and not have everyone's hands all over the deliciously crispy fried onion greatness....
