Unbelievably expensive.

They got me once but they won't get me again. $8 for one scoop of ice cream they don't have the ice cream prices on the wall. You don't see how much it cost until you get to the counter.. Go to Sherman's two doors down much cheaper and in the same ice cream. I should have checked Sherman's first.

Ice cream was very very good. It was also pretty expensive.

Told me they don’t know how to make lemonade even though they are advertising that they sell it. Prices are ridiculous as well. Avoid

I'm not one to write bad reviews or reviews at all but the entire staff was incredibly rude to my group. Only one person in my group was able to order, and when we tried to explain that we were still ordering, we were rushed to the check out. When we explained to the person cashing us out what happened, the girl at the register next to us gave us an attitude. As someone in customer service, I understand being busy and overwhelmed but being rude to customers and not letting people order is actually insane.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae- with ONE scoop of oreo icecream/hot fudge/ whip cream. It cost almost $14.00. Also the hot fudge wasn't hot but tasted like wax.
What a rip off!!! Will never eat icecream there again, in South Haven!!!!! Had better at other places.

Place was crowded and when it came to our order, we were the last ones in line. 5 or 6 people behind the counter and they were all walking around doing nothing and nobody bothered to take our order. 3-4 minutes went by and we walked out. Pretty pathetic. I guess we saved $9 a scoop so we made out. Never again.

Took my daughter for ice cream and almost had a heart attack when given the total of $29.36!!!! For a milkshake and a root beer float!?! I figured it’d probably be the best ever for those prices. It wasn’t. My milkshake was over blended with too much milk added to the point it was runny. I didn’t even drink it. The root beer float was over full with no lid and handed to my child spilling everywhere. I took from her and brought outside to clean up the mess and the wind hit it and all the foam flew in my face. So she had nothing but a scoop of vanilla ice cream left. I will never return. I can go out to dinner for that

Good ice cream, very expensive.
The man making fudge gave us all a free sample otherwise I'd probably only give 1-2 stars at most the ice cream is good but not $10 for 1 scoop good. 4 cones was just over $40 we will never return to this location again due to extremely high prices.

Great product. Mediocer sevice at best. Why are the prices of the choclates twice as much at this kilwins location compared to others?

Great ice cream and service. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they went out of their way to accommodate her. She said it was the best ice cream she ever tasted! Ours was great too! Super nice people.

Fudge was crusty and hard on the outside and the inside was goopy and not "fudgy" or creamy. Texture is weird. Paid a lot for It too.
