Wonderful experience and the employee was super helpful. FYI little Caesars (overall not location)....make your online ordering more accessible to modifications like Pizza Hut does. Some people have special requests for certain things. Do better.

Their pizza was good and the order was completed in due time, however, they're not very friendly and when my phone was cutting out I had asked for cheese sauce and she repeated it back to me, and I still got pizza sauce to which I'm allergic to.

Better pizza in South Haven than the one in Paw Paw. Plus it's cooked thoroughly which makes it better. Still pricey and prices keep rising.

Food was good. I called and placed an order, they took ot and told me 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival, they tell me they didn't even know they had my order. When asked for something in place of wasted time and them having to start the order half an hour later, they refused a refund. Cranky, disrespectful blonde that took the order needs to learn some manners and they need to manage their emotions when they mess people's orders up and clear them. Not our mistake, no need for THEIR attitude.

After a DoorDash driver robbed me of my dinner by not delivering it to my door, an employee Remade my order and had another employee go out of the way to deliver it to me. I recommend whenever possible, to pick up your food at Little Caesars and not use DoorDash. The food was amazing and the best service I’ve had in a long time.

Of course we all know there is always going to be employees who do not meet our criteria or standard for customer service so with that fact in mind other than a couple select instances you will always have good food for what it is and a decent customer experience here, great management and very convenient.
