Today Little Caesars won my loyalty. I was at the high school with extra students that parents where running late as well as my own kids. I door dashed pizza for them and when it got here the cheese pizza was sausage. If you know kids you know that was not going to work! When I called them manager understood I was stuck and could not leave to pick up the correct pizza so she ran out and dropped it off to us. Happy Kids and very happy mom/teacher. Any manager that is willing to go out of their way like that is top in my book. Thank you

Awesome experience with Brandon he was so helpful and really the only one we saw working we thought he was the only in the store cause he was doing everything but then we saw more employees but Brandon was the only one actually working we will definitely come back to this store cause of his way in treating customers had a really good experience
Wonderful experience and the employee was super helpful. FYI little Caesars (overall not location)....make your online ordering more accessible to modifications like Pizza Hut does. Some people have special requests for certain things. Do better.

Their pizza was good and the order was completed in due time, however, they're not very friendly and when my phone was cutting out I had asked for cheese sauce and she repeated it back to me, and I still got pizza sauce to which I'm allergic to.

Better pizza in South Haven than the one in Paw Paw. Plus it's cooked thoroughly which makes it better. Still pricey and prices keep rising.

Food was good. I called and placed an order, they took ot and told me 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival, they tell me they didn't even know they had my order. When asked for something in place of wasted time and them having to start the order half an hour later, they refused a refund. Cranky, disrespectful blonde that took the order needs to learn some manners and they need to manage their emotions when they mess people's orders up and clear them. Not our mistake, no need for THEIR attitude.
