They can't follow simple directions. Their manager on 1/4/2026 from at least 3pm to whenever they get off doesn't have a clue about actually correcting an issue that THEY caused. If the employees can't follow simple directions about what goes on a 3 count them 1 2 3 topping pizza then it's a great thing that Papa Johns is back in South Haven. This pizza hut hasn't been worth the money since the 90's in truth and the quality of their product has only gone DOWN since they stopped having the lunch buffet. I'm not returning food to an establishment like you're going to throw it away, it can't be resold. You won't deliver the correct pizza. Why should I continue to put up with subpar service, subpar food, and subpar corporate practices or staff deficiency.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Pizza Hut. I ordered a taco pizza with no lettuce, and even though the receipt clearly said “no lettuce,” the pizza still came covered in it. What makes this worse is that this pizza was already being purchased with a credit from a previous order they messed up, so this is now a repeated issue.
Instead of offering any additional credit or a refund, the store made me drive all the way back out to pick up the remade pizza. No apology, no compensation—nothing. It’s frustrating to have the same mistake happen twice and then be inconvenienced again. Definitely not the experience I expect when ordering from a national chain.

The guys working were chill for real, they made me laugh
This is the best pizza in town. It is piping hot quick and delicious. You can eat inside and see the nostalgic booths and tables with a little dim lighting. Didn’t notice if there is a hike box but there is a duck machine.
It seems well run and we have not had a bad experience yet. I give it 4 stars for atmosphere because they serve you the pizza in a box if you dine in. I understand but it is still a little bit of a bummer.
Def recommend if you are an old time fan of the Hut!!

I have ordered 3 times in the last month and each time the food has been perfect. The young man working the counter was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. I will order from this Pizaa Hut every time. Great job to everyone that served us!!!

I’ve been to more Pizza Huts than they’re typically worth, and this one definitely defied my expectations. The food was ready a couple minutes before the quote time on a Saturday night. It tasted pretty good!
