The Brewpub used to be a staple of South Haven and was one of the only places I'd ever go. Over the last dozen times, I've never had a good experience. Their staff has been incredibly rude. One of them snapped at someone else in my group because they hadn't heard originally that they wouldn't split the check? They've also forgotten one person's food on three different occasions, and then they always act like it's the person who ordered's fault. Food or drinks always take forever. I had to wait nearly 30min at the bar for a beer on a day that wasn't even busy. Overall, now adimately advise people from eating here as asking my friends, this is a pretty common experience. Not great food horrible service.

I cook here,And I think I'm kitchen assistant manager, lol. But everyone already knows that the South haven brew pub is a great place to eat and enjoy the different brews that we have. We are open year round.

The beers were okay. The food was bad and overpriced. The pizza was all hard cheese. The perch and fries had zero flavor. The wings were the best part but that’s not saying much. Service was slow.

The fried perch is great! Some of the beers are great and some are a miss. The outdoor atmosphere is fun.

Bingo! This place is the bomb. Pet friendly and the food is great. Rudy helped me and my pup out today with water and a pup cup and the perch basket we got was fresh and delicious. Too bad I'm just passing through because I would be back!

Burgers and fries were great! Awesome place to stop while visiting / passing through town. The service was not very good, but the food and cider we had was!! Outdoor seating wasn’t the comfiest but nice to be close to the water and better than their cave like indoor seating.

Waited at the entrance for about 10mins. No one was up there. Locked eyes with 3 different staff members and they kept on walking. Then after being seated and waiting for another 7 mins our waiter showed up to take our drink order. Food was good but over priced. After finishing, waiter didn't show up with the check for about 12mins. Low quality service. Makes you feel like a forgotten child.

Food was okay. They added 3.5% credit card fee to the bill. We were paying with cash. They removed it after being asked, but it took probably 20 minutes of waiting. Would not go back.
Showed up on a Friday night at 11:11pm, hoping to take my girlfriend out for a drink after a 4 hour drive. A manager was sitting, drinking at the end of the bar. We asked if they planned on staying open for a bit (there was at least 12 other people still drinking and playing pool, online hours said they close at 1am). The manager asks the bartender if she “feels like making a drink”. The bartender, who never even looked at us or acknowledged us in any way, went off about her “nerves being shot”. The manager shrugged at us.
I served for 7 years, bartended for 3. I tip well. Regardless, I never would’ve imagined ever treating anyone like that. Even if I were to turn people away 2 hours before closing time while there are still plenty of customers in the bar, I would’ve at least been apologetic.
We were so excited to try this place due to the atmosphere and location. We left feeling dejected. We saw another couple try to go in shortly after us, it looked like they were turned away as well.
