I started by using the restroom it was dirty and run down looking the lobby was in need of cleaning and general upkeep the pop machine and tea machine were out of order so I’m thinking that they just didn’t order product. It’s like the owners don’t care anymore. I was asked if I wanted 3-1/2 inch or 7 inch sandwich I said 3-1/2 got a 7 and charged for a 7 inch. The sandwich was fine the service was ok. Just lack of care

great lil gem right at the beginning of your down town journey through the greatest little group of wineries and shops in the are!!! A MUST DO for a quick slice or sub to get you through the moments and onto another great memory with your family!!!! They delivered all the way and only had to wait 10 minutes with a perfect window spot of the town watching March Madness while my fresh slice was cooked!!! Another sub shop in the area??? fogettttttttttaboutittttttttttttttttt

We have eaten these subs many times and have never been disappointed. Tonight was no exception. Plus, tonight, above and beyond the good food, we were given larger sizes than we ordered. Whether this was an error, or a good deed...we don't know. But, we thank you and want you to know, we appreciate the extras.

I recently tried the breakfast sandwich and was disappointed to find that it was served cold without the bread being heated or toasted. I had to resort to microwaving it myself. Additionally, the bread portion overwhelmed the egg, so I had to remove some of it. Overall, this experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

10/10, we drive an hour from Kzoo to get subs from here. Their corned beef and italian sandwich is the best!!

To start off, I want to say, "I like this place and I recommend it". My wife and I go here on date night a lot. We are on a budget, so we get their 14" sub meal and split it. Their subs are excellent, and are hot, with crisp bread like the "grinders" at Mancinos, so 5 stars on food quality. That said, they could work a bit on making it full service. Their soda machine has been "out of order" for months (cans of soda are the drink option), and I'm not sure they actually want people to stay and eat because their seating area is kind of run down. Their redemption, though, and the reason my wife and I keep going back, is their food is amazing... and the people are nice.

We stopped in here as a last resort when all our other lunch options didn't work out. I'm happy to say the sandwiches were very good, but that's the only positive. The fries were some of the worst french fries I've ever had, they looked and tasted baked rather than fried. No air conditioning and no fountain drinks rounded out the overall disappointing experience.
