I wouldn’t take my dog to eat there ‼️Store NASTY‼️ OLD FOOD , They will let the things run down and say they will not be able to refill it till the next day instead of just changing anything out. STALE BREAD, and AWFUL customer service . Unless you want to catch a stomach bug I suggest you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , there are MANY other places to eat in that area that are far cleaner and Sanitary to eat at. Trust me you will thank me later .

We went to Subway for something different and my grandson loved it. Both of us had the Italian sandwich we sat in their dining area the view there in South Haven is great.
At the counter we got to hear about each ingredient because of my grandson being six taking advantage of the lady's patience. Since he got to pick each item in his sub he was extra careful to eat each one and talk about it.
He actually had something nice to say about each thing, even the spinach that he surprised me by choosing.
We will be back.

Although my subway club was good my tuna plus 50% more was definitely not!!! I paid more for less than I would have gotten without requesting more tuna!!

Placed an order thru Subway app and went to pick up my order at the time it was to be ready. My order was not ready so I asked about it. Employees said are you sure you picked the right store? Showed them my receipt they confirmed that was the correct location. First they claimed they never received the online order then tried to tell me someone else must have picked it up all while I’m standing there showing them an order confirmation email I received. I was nice and never rude but then It gets worse! Employees refuse to make my sandwich and I have to go stand in line in the store with the other customers and pay a SECOND time if I wanted my lunch. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would have to return another day to speak with the manager. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go elsewhere this store deserves to go out of business with this pitiful service.

The guy was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. Nobody came to get our order while he prepared the bread. Then yelled at us when asked what was taking so long to place our order. This is not the first bad experience there either. They have no workers and bad attitudes. No one else was in there so why wasn't any bread made also.

They are incredibly light on sandwich contents. Attached photo is a veggie delite on flatbread. I have gotten the same sandwich from different locations and it has been double the size.

Food was good service was off a little bit, I ordered double meat and got single but it was good. The young lady who waited on me was a little on the short attitude but did an okay job.
