They are incredibly light on sandwich contents. Attached photo is a veggie delite on flatbread. I have gotten the same sandwich from different locations and it has been double the size.

Subway closes at 4:00! That's unheard of! People like subway for their dinner! I guess I'll be driving to Bangor if I want a Subway after 4:00! I hope a good sub place comes to South Haven and closes you out!

Would be great if the hours stopped changing...meijer subway has been closed for a cpl weeks and downtown says they are open till 6 on Google but the sign on the door says closed at 4. ?

I ordered in restaurant a few weeks ago for a catering event. When I called later to get the receipt (that I’m not sure they ever gave me in the first place) I spoke with someone very rude who told me I was making a huge request and blamed me for not having a receipt. The food was good, I have no complaints there, but the customer service was awful. I will not be going back if I can avoid.

Never really had a problem with this location until today when we went in and the older woman with the tear drop tattoo felt the need to grab a fresh cookie out of the rack and eat it while checking us out and it was super unprofessional and messy and just felt that was odd to do while cashing someone out. Not to mention she got chocolate all over our bags

I have been going to this subway for years and as of lately I've really been disappointed with the food. I understand having an off day but my food has been consistently off over the course of months. "Toasted" sandwiches are never actually toasted, always just kinda warm, soft bread or only the meat is warmed up. Usually very few vegetables even when ordering "more" on the app. Cookie I got today was very hard and not like the ones I usually love from subway.On the bright side, their staff is always friendly and courteous minus a few individuals. I hope they can step up their game in the sandwich making department.

They were busy when I walked in today. There were a few ladies ahead of me with multiple orders in hand. There was plenty of help and very nice people working. It means a lot now a days to get good customer service! The food was up to par! Thanks everyone who worked today, we appreciate you!??
Subway's bread is soft and flavorful and may be the best part of any sandwich. Everyone actually develops a taste Subway bread flavor, even if the bread ...We eat Subway in India due to taste of bread and Subway restaurants smell great, but when you actually eat their bread, Not all toasted bread smell that good. What's their secret ?

Sandwiches are SO much better than the place down the road (north shore memories) I got food poising there and the owner Jamie was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Subway is so much better! And cheaper!

Lots of small tables, mostly near a window so that's a plus if you're looking for it. Great service, very clean. Little to no space to place your cup after you've fill it. I was worried I'd make a mess trying to put a lid on my large drink

I don't know what's going on in south haven store , but this store is always closed. It's irritating because it's like they just open when they want. I've even stoped with people working there and the doors are closed . Wish they would atleat fix there hrs on the website.

This is usually my number number one go-to for a healthy and delicious alternative to most fast food restaurants. Service is usually efficient and workers kind and try to make the food to customer satisfaction. On the rare occasion when a worker is not especially happy, a customer’s smile, patience, and kind word usually go a long way. If you are here on one of those rare occasions, be a decent human being. Empathy can brighten their day and help them do a better job. Impatience will only make both of your days more sour. Would definitely eat here more often and this would probably be my number one favorite fast food restaurant or nearly if the prices were more affordable.
