The service was really slow. We eat at Taco Bell often and normally it only takes about 5 minutes to get the food. It took 20 minutes to get our food. We order quesadillas with extra steak and they had very little steak. I do not recommend this location.

Well food was not prepared properly. You can see from the picture that I have attached. Bean burrito was. Kt made properly. Beans were comjng out of everywhere. They were busy so I could not even tell anybody.

This place is the worst I ever been to. I had my 4 and 6 year old kids with me and my wife after church we came to South Haven to eat dinner. The staff was playing very loud vulgar rap music. After trying so hard not to get up and leave before my food came after waiting 29 minutes. I went up and asked the black girl working the counter who is playing this music. She said the manager is. I said please ask your manager to please change the station. The girl said know problem. What happens next the manager turned the music up even louder and locked the doors. I will never ever eat at this Taco Bell as long as I’m alive again. Far as the staff they all need to be fired and this Taco Bell needs to be shut down.

If I could give this zero stars i would. the service is terrible, the workers are incredibly rude and they’re careless. they don’t care if they make your food wrong and when you go back to get what you ACTUALLY ordered, they act like it’s a huge inconvenience. absolutely ridiculous. i’d rather drive a half hour away to a better location than go here again and i LIVE HERE.

We placed our online order 35 minutes before closing. We arrived there 20 minutes before closing. Upon arrival, we had to knock on the drive through window to speak to someone. They told us they closed early tonight due to running out of product over an hour ago, and we’d have to get a refund for our over 40 dollar order, although the app still allowed us to place our order. There was also people sitting outside still eating, we asked what time they had gotten their food and they had been served when we arrived at the restaurant. Overall extremely annoyed and disappointed, we just wanted our tacos.
