Please check your order before leaving. We received no napkins. My husband asked for 5 hot sauce packets. We were told they were in the bag. They weren't.
Service SUCKED
OUT of sauce, can't break a 50 for 30 dollars of food..........trash do better
Memorial day weekend I know yall busy, just LAZY!!!!!!!! WOW
Fast, good food, nice employees
Good staff. Food is Fair priced for today's rates. Still can get cheap items and fill up. Worth the stop
The food was good as it always is at Taco Bell, and I told the staff I would come in more if their ordering kiosks weren't so incredibly annoying to use.
My grandson likes thinking of Taco Bell first when talking about places people can take him, which is pretty good considering there's no playhouse or toys to leverage him there.
Definitely go through the drive up even if you're eating inside, you are not going to like ordering inside for the dining room.
You're going to be paying a lot more for tacos than if you went somewhere for hamburgers so bring your checkbook. Though rest assured, you're going to like the food.
Sloppy unprofessional and clearly didn’t know how to check to ensure and order is complete before sending it out as this was the third order out of my friends and all three orders had items completely missing or items with missing ingredients
Pawpaw Taco bell is one of the better ones!
Love using the app. I get the opportunity to customize my food, which is important for me because I am a vegetarian.
I get off of work about 30 mins before they close but work only 2 mins away so it tends to be a hit or miss.. it really annoys me on the days I get there hungry as heck and they decided to close early that day. I feel like if your bussiness hours are till 1AM you should be open and accepting orders until 1AM!!! Period .
I'm consistently impressed with the drive-thru crew at the South Haven Taco Bell. Despite often being swamped with orders, they maintain a remarkably positive and polite demeanor. They handle the pressure with grace and respect, always striving to get orders out as quickly and accurately as possible. Their friendliness is a breath of fresh air, and their efficiency is truly commendable. Even during peak hours, they manage to be timely and provide excellent service. It's clear they value their customers, and it makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Zero acknowledgement of my presence. Not a single person out of the three that I saw said hello or anything. I did it know that front is also self service, so it did take me a minute of confusion that I had to order myself.
Wow, spent over 40 bucks for over half
my order to be wrong with the worst
customer service I've ever had,
mumbling and unable to understand her.
Asked if everything was in the bag, didn't
even check and just said yes (everything
was not in the bag), and seemed
generally like she could care less about
anything. Do better.
Me and my friend door dashed some nacho fries and and soft shell tacos with potatos in it and they completely forgot the meat after we got done eating our food we got terrible sick and my friend was rushed to the hospital and comes to find out we got food poisoning never in my life have I seen such a let down y'all need to get your stuff together and find what is wrong with your food!!!!
Good quick food. Just what we wanted
The new kiosk ordering is currently a problem, IMO. It's so new that it feels like everyone has to learn how to order, which slows ordering down, and it takes the personal interaction away from the dining area. I'm sure it will get better with time but right now, it's frustrating.
