Went on the drive thru today (im from illinois) and had the best customer service I've ever had in a wendys. The ladies where so nice and smiling! Will definitely be back when back in town!

Order on the app 20 mins before going in. Nothing is done. Lady forgets my chili and burger i ordered. Both the dude and her felt like they would rather die than put in an honest work.

Alright food, woman at the counter was nice. Once I walked outside I believe an employee was smoking weed near the drive thru entrance . 🤦 Don't think altering your mind at work is good for business.

I like to stop by every once in a while for a little treat, tonight loaded with some cattle... tried to get into the drive thru and physically cant make the turn, I'm too long with the trailer and the lobby is closed. I pull up to the window and kindly explain i physically cant make it through the drive through and if I could order at the window. I was denied and told repeatedly over about how its a policy and since I am under 9ft tall to go through the drive thru. I explain I literally cant turn though it, and get told the same thing over and over. I asked if she'd approve damage to Wendy's property or to my trailer if I tried to make it through, she was very quick to stop suggesting that. I used to get mad for this type of behavior, but now I'm grateful to have saved $10 to spend somewhere more delicious. If someone is hungry, and there is something visible stopping a situation, why not just be humane and help eachother out?

I am a delivery driver so I go to many different Wendy's 10:22 I got told no eggs and was given cold food and fries instead of seasoned potatoes. Lady was rude as heck too

Edit, where are all the managers? Is it short-handed then the manager better be out there helping everybody! I saw a bunch of people stressed out and about to lose it, walk off the job today! Eyewitness to workers screaming at another worker. That worker said I'm about to walk off! And I thought I probably would too. All of it was uncalled for!

It took me 25 minutes to the drive-thru

The workers here are always so nice. I appreciate the excellent customer service. You don't always get that in fast food but these ladies are always great. My food is always fresh and hot. I usually order the combo where you get a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink.

Drive through- they didn't give me any receipt at the first window or confirm my goal. Then the lady at the 2nd window said not one word to me after I said thank you twice. Just weird and rude.

I visited this Wendy’s location yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was delivered to me completely cold. What shocked me most was that the manager was the one cooking, which makes it even more surprising that food was served in that condition.

When I returned to the cashier to explain that my sandwich was cold, they asked the manager to make me a fresh one. Nearly 40 minutes later, the sandwich still wasn’t ready. During that time, I noticed the manager was conducting an interview with a new employee instead of focusing on resolving the situation.

This was, without a doubt, the most unorganized and mismanaged Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Serving cold food to a paying customer and making them wait 40 minutes for a replacement is completely unacceptable. When I brought this up, the manager’s only response was a quick, “I’m sorry.”

I highly do not recommend this Wendy’s. It is poorly run, disorganized, and customer service is severely lacking.

The most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever been to! I was talked into going inside to order and eat. As soon as you walk in, there's flies EVERYWHERE! Even standing there to order was gross, flies going by my face, all over in the kitchen, dining area...Fly strips just hanging in the kitchen COVERED in flies. The worker taking our order wasnt paying attention at all, but then constantly checking the screen with the order like he forgot everything as soon as he read it. Seemed to be a lot of workers but that was the only person at the register. Waited foreverrr to get the food. As soon as he put the tray out, flies were all by the food. I asked for bags, put my food in them, and left...still not wanting to even eat what I paid for...
I do not recommend this place to anyone!
