I started coming here a few months ago after work, staff IS always polite.SPECIAL THANKS TO GREG (12/27/23), I ordered a pizza OVER THE PHONE for my client/patient and I for lunch (forgetting that I'd 'broke' the $20 bill I had on me). I get there only to realize that I didn't have enough, so Greg was nice enough to say 'Never mind.. Merry Christmas.. Happy holidays.. don't worry about it'.I accepted my blessings, extended my happy holiday wishes to Greg as well and walked out with my pizza. ?Greg, I'll see YOU again..Also special mention to Rosemary, she's so 'precious'. ?Also our pizza was hot.. fresh.. and very tasty!!

I recently put in a pizza order for pick up. Order was 2 pizza's and was told that they would be ready in 25 mins. I arrived 30 mins later and was told the order was not even started yet. Wasted my time and gas for driving across town for the pick-up. This was my first-time trying Benito's and will be my last.

Female employees are extremely rude and struggle to be professional. I was in there for less than 5 minutes before the girls were in the back gossiping about the customers?? I've never experienced this in a restaurant before.

First time trying this pizza. Had the deep dish Hawaiian with bread sticks and Greek salad. Food and service were both wonderful. I'll be going back for sure. Thanks!!
I only order benitos every time I have pizza. The sauce is amazing, ingredients always fresh, staff always very nice, delivery always on time. Highly recommend!
I've lived in South Lyon for a few years and haven't tried this place until now. I ordered a pepperoni deep dish pizza, and it was very good. Best deep dish pizza I've had in a long while. I like that you can customize the crust flavor.I do recommend the garlic and butter plus Cajun on the crust. I'll order from here more often. 5 out of 5 stars!

09/10/2023 The young man inside was working by himself and doing a fantastic job!!! He was answering the phone taking orders, preparing and making pizza, chicken, subs, and whatever else! And, holding down the shop, he was still very kind, going above and beyond his work duties! I'm not sure what his name is but on the receipt it says Swegles, W. We got sweet and spicy chicken wings, and deep dish meat special pizza. It was our first time there! We brought it to a friend's house. We were all very happy with all of it! Thank You !!

I am sorry to have to report this because I’ve had several wonderful dishes from Benito’s. But I just had GrubHub deliver a calzone that was horrible. The bottom of the box it came in was SOAKED with grease. when I took my first bite not only did grease drip out of it, it literally ran out. I couldn’t eat another bite. I ended up throwing it all the way.

Not very good. Found out they get their dough shipped twice a week from their commissary 'frozen' not fresh. This makes more sense now because the dough is chewey.

Tried to order a pizza over the phone from my go to pizza place(100+ time 96 we're good). This time a young man(he/she/they/them) answered struggled so hard over the phone to take my order which was not complicated. I gave up. Complete incompetence. I won't be back. If you can't take a order for a large half blt and half bacon pizza you. You can't make it or cook it correctly. Sad to say Benito's is if my favorite list. And I got hung up on because it was too hard for him. Very disappointed

Their pizza has some great potential but the last few times I got it, the bread was still doughy. Not a very good taste and we ended up tossing the last half. The lunch pizza is a good deal but it wasn't fresh (and a little doughy.. So I got old doughy pizza ?) I had to toss the other slice. I'd love for this place to succeed because when it's good, it's real good. I don't think my wallet can handle the coin toss anymore.

Great place all around! My husband and I tried this for the first time and the service was great, the pizza was also really good and it was done early! We ordered pickup and it was done a good 5-10 minutes early and the store was very clean! We had to have a special no cheese pizza for a dairy allergy and normally places we go to will mess up the first couple times but they got it right on the first go! Definitely will be back and will be our new regular spot :)
