I have been coming to this biggby since it opened and have always had a nice experience. The owner is really friendly and remembered my name and drink order from day one. As the years have gone on, I’ve come in a bit less frequently but still always had a nice experience.
Last year, my oldest kiddo started working here. Of course, we started visiting more frequently again. And through that experience I learned how involved Biggby is with the community. For example, did you know that if you visit Biggby during the KVC Youth Entrepreneur Market, you can receive a $5 voucher to spend at the market? Love that! Also, they host really fun social events like Bingo for Valentine’s Day and winner received a month of free Biggby drinks! Cool!
Although I’ve been coming here for so many years, I never really knew of the fun ways they are involved. Just love to see it ❤️ Thank you Karissa and whole Biggby team for being a valuable part of our town! The drinks are always wonderful and the service is always great!

Extremely small amount of cream cheese on bagels even when paying for extra. Generally expensive food and drink. Decent quality. Up charges galore. They seem to never give out coupons and are always hawking tips. Pay your staff more! They even ask for credit card tips at the drive thru! It is insulting, you poured coffee into a cup, Im not paying 10 dollars for a coffee and tip with no coupon discount. No indicators the packaging they use are PFAS free. Business overall seems like an archaic cheap joke.

My daughter and I visited mid-morning today. This Saturday crew was amazing! The cashier made sure that she got our order correct because my daughter ordered the Mocktail of the day. Then she complimented us on our t-shirts and asked if we were going to an event. One of the Barista’s also asked whether we’re doing today and continued a small conversation with us. Then, when we picked up our order I thanked them for continuing to put the cream cheese on the bagel. They understood that most Biggby’s don’t do that anymore. It’s great to see them providing great customer service! The whole team was upbeat and having fun! It was very nice to see!

Me and a few retired friends used to come here and chat every once in a while. But they play the background music is so loud, it is impossible to hear each other. Coffee shops used to be this nice quiet place for people to socialize and catch up. Please turn down this elevator music.
