Cancun Mexican Grill is as authentic as you can get North of the border! The food is to die for. The chilli reanno is excellent as are all of the dishes. Fast, friendly service and it won't break the Bank!

Ordered a meal with a chile relleno and the breading was soggy. The taste and mouthfeel was less than ideal. The server was seemingly willing to make it right. The owner, or manager, came out and told me that it’s always that way because they make them in the morning and reheat them. I appreciate the honesty but I don’t think it was the message he thought it was. They originally told me they’d give me a different item. Then the manager wasn’t willing to. I had one bite and sent it back. If they need to make them in the morning, they should be battering and deep frying before serving to keep the breading drier. Disappointed but normally have incredible experiences with delicious food. Everything else was great and our server was wonderful.

We love this place! They are always so kind, I have a green pepper allergy and they are willing to go out of their way to help me still have amazing delicious food. We have always had delicious food there. I've only had an error once (with an online order that could have even been my fault, And they more than made up for the error - went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy) And we have eaten here or ordered online probably a total of at least 30 times.

The food was great years ago but it feels more about profit now than anything. I get it, it’s a business. But, putting people first is always more beneficial. I stopped going here because I get charged a takeout fee for what… carrying out my order and me driving to pick it up? Nonsense and purely a scheme to enhance profit margins for a meaningless “tax” like banks and poorly run financial services do. It’s a terrible get rich scheme if people read the fine print on the carry out bills. felt shady so I stopped going.

We have enjoyed everything we have ever ordered from here. They are super fast at getting your food out and it is always delicious and flavorful. Salsa is amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Portion size is excellent. This is our go to for local mexican. Never been disappointed!

Last few times we've been, the service has been lack-luster. We've had to ask a few times for our server to get refills on drinks and food. It's a bummer since we love going.
