I ordered almond chicken... but they gave the wrong gravy (egg fu yung gravy) with the meal, and it was horrible! Secondly, I ordered a special of the day, chicken vegetable dish which was supposed to contain baby corn, celery, onion, and carrots. there was NO baby corn the dish!!! The cook doesn't give a darn, so check your orders before you leave this place!
Gave me food poisoning never again
Good food great value!
Food was nasty. Egg rolls overcooked probably left over from lunch. Chicken stringy and wet. No thank you!!
Ordered food for the family. Got the general chicken and it was soggy and tasted like fish. Mediocre food at the best. Wasted $40 on food that's making me feel sick.
Cashew Chicken had 1 1/2 cashews in it. Mixed veggies consisted of celery, lots of celery and a couple water chestnuts. The almond chicken was greasy and had 2 slivered almonds. Crab Rangoon was cold
Just enjoyed cold beef skewers. The kitchen staffs hair was free at least.
To summarize the food was not good and the service was just ok. I ordered almond chicken, which actually came topped with thin sliced almonds and was served on a bed of lettuce, but the chicken was very greasy looking and the gravy was not quite right. The rice had no meat or egg in it at all, and was bland with no flavor, except that it tasted like it was fried in a dirty wok. They may advertise that it is vegetable fried rice, so I don't hold the lack of meat in it against them; I did not look at the menu before ordering.
I am used to the yellow chicken gravy that has a strong garlic flavor, so maybe this is just my personal preference. The almond chicken has a lot of fat in it and was of questionable quality. The chicken also tasted like it was fried in dirty, or excessively used, grease. The rice also had this flavor, so I am seeing a pattern of questionable cooking habits.
The egg roll was also greasy but did not taste like it was fried in the same vat as the chicken. However, it was not that good either. It was also bland and even some of my low-sodium soy sauce from my fridge did not help it.
Kim's Gardens in Novi was the best, so I am comparing this place to my very high standards. It is too bad that Kim's had such bad owners, and it is probably good that it burned down; although it is tragic that those people had to die in the fire for us to discover that the owners were slave laborers.
The order I got was absolutely perfectly packaged and cooked and everything was steaming hot
I’ve only had the kung pao chicken, and the chicken lo mein 3-4 times. Both XXXX spicy, and both were excellent! My girlfriend also likes their egg rolls. They’re fast, and priced right! Very good

Simple set up. Nice people. Ample portions. Like to go there when I want to eat an unreasonable amount of food.
