This is the closest coffee shop to my home but I had never been here before until yesterday, when my power went out in the middle of a workday and I had to find a place with good wi-fi and somewhere to sit. Java House ended up being a good choice for that. I was able to find a table to myself and I ordered a drip coffee and a scone. The inside is soooooo cute. I was surprised. I just wasn’t expecting it. The customer service was good. It’s a great place to chill at if you work from home or if you just wanna get a coffee and chill out and get out the house. The food was underwhelming though, I can admit. The sandwich was a basic sandwich. I was surprised that it didn’t come with any jelly or sauce. I asked for the matcha to be sweet and it was absolutely not. I ended up tossing it.
