poor mgmt. accepting online orders but they dont have delivery drivers. they attempt or say they call and if they dont reach they give up or move on because they are busy. you can then call hour later to ask where your food is and basically tough luck
See my photo of the poor excuse of a blt deep dish pizza. I paid $17! This is cheese bread with a little bad lettuce thrown on and not enough mayo to stretch to 4 pieces. Never again.

My mother only orders pizza once a year she called in her order and before she could finish asking the guy a question he hung up on her. So she called back and said she just wanted to ask a question. She asked if they could send a menu with her pizza and the guy said “ we don’t have menus anymore since the pandemic “. And that was the end of the call. So my mother waited an hour and a half for her pizza that never was delivered. She called the store and said she has been waiting for her pizza for an hour and a half and asked if maybe they were just busy? And they said no and got her name for her order and told her that they didn’t deliver her pizza because SHE CANCELED IT.She is so upset about this that she said she will never order from this Jets location ever again.And I just want to say to you Jet workers at this location SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING YOUR ELDERLY PEOPLE THE WAY YOU TREATED MY MOTHER. Just SHAME ON YOU!!!!
