Okay, I used to have no problem getting pizza delivered by 11:30 am( my lunch time ) but the last 2 times ordering from jets, last time was today, my order was cancelled again. Last time I had to leave work to pick up my order, why are we not making sure we have a delivery driver scheduled in? Sorry Jets you lost my business. Not a happy Tubemill employee.

Rarely able to deliver at peak times, will cancel orders without notification, inconsistent food quality. The drivers are super nice when delivery service is available, I consider them to be the bright light at this location.

Waited 2 hours for one pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. The one and only time I was able to actually place an order at this jets online. Every other time it says they are not accepting online orders. The order was switched to DoorDash delivery and our drive was very responsive and just as angry as we were about the long wait.

This last time, Friday Dec 5, 2025, I couldn't place an order via the app to pick up at a later time that day. I was trying to place an order for dinner, to pick up about an hour later, since I was going to be delayed. The app would not allow 'order for later date/time' until Sun Dec 7th. I found that odd, but since I couldn't place a 'pick up later' order, I ended up ordering from a competitor in town.
Typically the food is really good. Order tends to be: Traditional round pizza w/seasoned crust, garlic dip cup, antipasto salad, and Jet's ranch dressing (it's like crack!! SO good!)

Tried multiple times to order on line and it didn’t work. I went into the store to order and the very rude boy who waited on me refused to honor the coupon from online even after explaining and showing him the online error message. Needless to say I will never order from them again. Went to Hungry Howie’s instead and it was cheaper and delicious.

🚨 WORST JET’S IN MICHIGAN 🚨 We ordered delivery and 2 of the pizzas came wrong. We called, and while they remade them and brought replacements about 30 minutes later, the driver, who we had already tipped well the first time, actually asked for the wrong pizzas back like it was a Blockbuster rental from 2005.
At this point I’m wondering… are the workers grubbing on the messed-up pizzas? Because why else would you need them back? 😂 Absolute madness. Customer service was rude, unhelpful, and the whole experience felt like a joke.
Save yourself the hassle and order from literally any other Jet’s. This location is a disaster.
It's a shame everytime I call they're not delivering. How doesn't a pizza place delivery? Unfortunate, bc I do enjoy the pizza.

Pizza is good. Another order failed it was delivered to the complete wrong address on the other side of town they are probably going to blame doordash but I corrected the address with the manager and still pizza was delivered to wrong address
