I tried a roast beef cheddar at my first time at Jimmy johns in Niles Michigan and it was very good. I brought my friend here because he was willing to try Jimmy johns and they don't even have the roast beef cheddar... The food here is assembled incorrectly, meat piling halfway out of the sandwich on a bed of lettuce. Didn't offer to toast it. Didn't offer me a drink or combo. My friends order looked just as terrible. Thanks for making me look like a fool with your soul less untoasted sandwiches. Also the mumbler at the register fought me every step of the way. Training or not, speak up and enunciate! Eye contact!

I usually love Jimmy Johns. I usually walk into a welcoming and friendly environment. Most Jimmy John’s stores are usually clean. My order is usually out pretty quick. However, this location is the complete opposite.

I recently moved to the area, so I had never tried this location before. I was tired, I had been at work all day, and I didn’t feel like cooking anything for dinner. Additionally, I knew I had a bunch of college coursework to complete so I decided that I would grab my favorite sandwich from one of my favorite sub shop chains on my way home from work.

From the moment I walked in, I should have honestly just walked out. When I walked in, there were several boys working behind the counter that immediately made it very obvious that I was an inconvenience walking in to them. They didn’t have good attitudes, and you could tell that they definitely didn’t want to be there. The smell was also completely awful in there - completely unsanitary. When I finally got my sandwich, it was both sloppily made and wrapped with no effort. I will not be returning to this location again. To be honest, I will not even be eating the sandwich because of the attitude and sanitary conditions at this establishment - which is honestly such a shame and such a waste. But I can’t risk my health for that.

The attitudes? Honestly, I could understand IF I walked in 10 minutes before closed. But I walked in just under an hour before close. Before I walked in, I saw them all standing behind the counter chit chatting, so I knew I wasn’t disrupting any nightly closing duties in that moment. I get it, some people have bad days, especially working in customer service, but this was completely unprofessional in every way possible.

Poor customer service policies. I did not receive my order when a colleague picked up several orders. The only option given to me was to come back and get it. When I told them that wasn’t possible and asked for a refund, I was refused. I will no longer give my business to a chain with such poor service policies.

Disgustingly rude, waited an hour and a half for the food to be made and delivered, and was never delivered, not only was it taking extremely long for a few subs but when politely asked for it to be remade so that it wouldn't be soggy/cold by the time it got to us (mind you this is $70 worth of food) they told us flat out no. Not professionally, not understandably, just flat out no and how it would be our problem. Once going in there in person to maybe get a different response and possibly a fresh order they decided to laugh in my bf's father's face telling him and I quote to "Get a job" (as if he doesn't have one already and makes more than what a joke of minimum wage employees behind a sub counter make from 9-5) and told him if he wanted the food to then rebuy it, not a fresh order once again but the one that at this rate has been nearly sitting up cold for 2 hours.

Unprofessional, rude, and extremely arrogant as if they make enough to do so. Will say this place is completely crossed off the list and to not waste your time nor money, you have a better chance at Subway at this rate.

Super rude workers. I pulled in the drive through with 10 minutes left, and no one even bothered to let me know they felt like closing early. I went around front and entered the unlocked dining room, and was ignored. Rudely was told the one word response of, closed.
