Unfortunately they are now closed for good. They had a great run.

Great lunch. A little pricey for a salad.

This place used to make dressings and sauces homemade - now EVERYTHING is frozen and comes in packages. Ordered a ranch and they brought it in a sealed Gordon foods pack… yet charge $16 for chicken tenders and $2 for the ranch. Gross food - overpriced.

Terrible food. Used to be somewhat homemade , now all their dressings and sauces come prepackaged from somewhere . SUPER OVERPRICED !! $8 for fries … $16 for chicken tenders with packaged sauce lol.

Had the best portobello mushroom sliders! Their Lake Street Tavern hamburger was yummy too!

Tucked away in South Lyon, Lake Street Tavern is a spot that shouldn't be missed. It's got that laid-back charm that instantly makes you feel at home.Lake Street Tavern offers a cozy, low-lit atmosphere that's perfect whether you're unwinding solo or enjoying a night out with friends. It's the kind of place where you can kick back and relax.Having been to my fair share of bars, I can confidently say that Lake Street Tavern is worth a visit. It's a spot where you can enjoy a good drink, tasty food, and friendly company. And don't forget to strike up a conversation with the bartender Danielle; she's a real pro.

It was Thursday so it wasn't too crowded or nosy. The food was simply presented and tasted amazing. The beer cheese burger was messy to eat, but so worth it. The best beer cheese I've had in my personal opinion. It was definitely worth the price, but you can still work up a bill if you go all out with drinks and desert. Our server was very nice and we did not have to wait long for our food.We are excited to go back and try more of their in-house designed signature cocktails!

Parking: We found a space but it was pretty full even on a Thursday evening.

Had the ribs and perch and was upcharged for fries with ribs $5.Ribs were just ok and the perch was the same. Deserts were better than dinners. $70 for two with not drinks which was a bit pricy for what we got.

I visit Lake Street Tavern pretty regularly. They have a really great menu of the usual casual lunch and dinner Americana, but the burgers are the best in South Lyon (IMHO). They also have a great selection of craft beers including some from Witch's Hat Brewery, another local fave.

Parking: There's usually plenty of street parking available in front, but if you drive around the corner, there's a parking lot just behind and you can enter thru the rear entrance.

Menu is lacking choices and food prep poor, we have been clientele for a few years and things have changed dramatically this year. On the last two recent visits the place was almost empty that says a lot. Won’t be back for awhile.

Great place to grab a drink and a quick bite when you need to hide from the kids for an hour.
