Tried to call in an order today for 2 salads. I was driving so I couldn't order online. I was hung up on 3 times. I went in to order and the place wasn't busy and had lots of staff. The girl at the counter was pretty indifferent when I mentioned it to her and said that people just kept calling...and blamed it on a phone issue? Unbelievably rude. Did a pick up order and called the next day (because they didn’t answer after I picked up my order). Items were missing from the burger and the fries and cheesesticks weren’t cooked all the way. This is apparently my fault for not checking the food before leaving, because it’s totally sanitary to touch other people food or put my fingers in the middle of it to make sure it was cooked all they way.
