Honestly just bought a pizza that I got to the car and thank God I checked wasn't cut at all and when I say wasn't cut I 100% mean they didn't even try to cut it just put in in the box like a frozen pizza then the kid asked if I wanted it remade.... like no just cut the damn thing really..... seems like all very young kids in there should be some adult supervision so shame on the Illitch family for not paying enough to employees to have someone there that knows what is going on or cares

Food is good but order ahead because there is never anything already made ready to go. Always a 15min wait. Even an order ahead could mean waiting 20mins past the time it was supposed to be ready.

Usually I love Little Caesars the quality has gotten way better in the past few years but this store always disappoints me

The pizza was fresh, hot, and exactly what I needed after a long day. The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. I especially want to give a big thank you to Kimberly for the help!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. i dont normally leave negative reviews but this location is terrible. First, a couple of months ago I came to the South Lyon location I called over the phone and placed an order for two pizzas. Once I get to the store, I go to the counter and they handed me 8 pizzas. They somehow miss understood me. Thankfully, I was refunded, however, it was still frustrating. Well today when I came here, they overcharged me for my order, all of the workers had a piss poor attitude. As soon as I got home, I open the pizza box and the pizza was cut terribly. I cut my slice of pizza and once I got to my second slice, I noticed the pizza was RAW. It was slimy, it was falling apart in my hands.

Ordered a pepperoni hot and ready and a bag of breadsticks at 7:30pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. Came back at 8pm and was told another 15 minutes. Waited another 7-8 minutes and saw some disgusting food safety procedures, no employees wearing gloves, touching dirty dishes, dirty clothes, their faces, money, credit cards without washing their hands. Immediately cancelled my order. Never again

Always predictable

This place is dirty. The oven they keep pizzas on has fingerprints all over it, and the floor isn't clean, counter has crumbs on it, when I waited for my pizza. I saw one of the employees putting the sauce on a different pizza and he licked his fingers when he got sauce on it. And touched the pizza. There were no gloves on or anything. I tried one slice of the pizza . The dough wasn't cooked. I put the pizza in the garbage. I just kept seeing the young guy licking his fingers on someone else pizza and that was enough for me. I been here a couple of times. I go for the convenience. But the pizza and sauce taste so bad now. A frozen pizza is better then this. At one time little Caesars had a good pizza. Not now , they have cheapen the product so much that it doesn't taste good anymore. I am looking at a couple of different pizza places to go to for now on. Or, will make my own. This place is too nasty eat at. Corporate needs to clean up store. Just very very dirty.
