Little Caesars Pizza

Usually I love Little Caesars the quality has gotten way better in the past few years but this store always disappoints me

The pizza was fresh, hot, and exactly what I needed after a long day. The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. I especially want to give a big thank you to Kimberly for the help!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. i dont normally leave negative reviews but this location is terrible. First, a couple of months ago I came to the South Lyon location I called over the phone and placed an order for two pizzas. Once I get to the store, I go to the counter and they handed me 8 pizzas. They somehow miss understood me. Thankfully, I was refunded, however, it was still frustrating. Well today when I came here, they overcharged me for my order, all of the workers had a piss poor attitude. As soon as I got home, I open the pizza box and the pizza was cut terribly. I cut my slice of pizza and once I got to my second slice, I noticed the pizza was RAW. It was slimy, it was falling apart in my hands.

Nothing is ever ready employees are nice but not offer hot n ready

Ordered a pepperoni hot and ready and a bag of breadsticks at 7:30pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. Came back at 8pm and was told another 15 minutes. Waited another 7-8 minutes and saw some disgusting food safety procedures, no employees wearing gloves, touching dirty dishes, dirty clothes, their faces, money, credit cards without washing their hands. Immediately cancelled my order. Never again

Always predictable

This place is dirty. The oven they keep pizzas on has fingerprints all over it, and the floor isn't clean, counter has crumbs on it, when I waited for my pizza. I saw one of the employees putting the sauce on a different pizza and he licked his fingers when he got sauce on it. And touched the pizza. There were no gloves on or anything. I tried one slice of the pizza . The dough wasn't cooked. I put the pizza in the garbage. I just kept seeing the young guy licking his fingers on someone else pizza and that was enough for me. I been here a couple of times. I go for the convenience. But the pizza and sauce taste so bad now. A frozen pizza is better then this. At one time little Caesars had a good pizza. Not now , they have cheapen the product so much that it doesn't taste good anymore. I am looking at a couple of different pizza places to go to for now on. Or, will make my own. This place is too nasty eat at. Corporate needs to clean up store. Just very very dirty.

Surprisingly good for Little Caesars. Great customer service, and my pizza was ready on time, despite the fact that they were really busy. There was a lot of butter on my bread sticks; this might be a negative if you are counting calories but made them taste great. Minis one star for not having any green pepper, which means you can't order a supreme either.

Last time I came here. It took forever for a hot and ready . They need a new crew here

More like Hot-N-NOT-Ready. For the past several months this place is under staffed, closed during open hours and their Hot-N-Ready brand is never ready. I was told multiple times it’s over an hour wait for a Hot-N-Ready pizza.

While I get lower wait times because there are 10 other people in the small area to order… over an hour wait is pretty ridiculous.

Pizza is subpar even if you do wait: under or over cooked.

Don’t waste your time going here if you live in SL. Go to the Wixom place and save yourself a hassle when trying to feed your family.

Hopefully they make some changes soon.

Absolute garbage. Flat, unrisen, crust. Hardly any cheese, etc. This used to be a pretty good LC location, but lately it’s terrible. Also, no green pepper option or veggie pizza anymore? Have to build your own if you want meatless pizza. Good thing South Lyon has 10 other pizza places!

I placed an online order at Little Caesar’s around 7pm. However, 50 minutes later, there was still no pizza. While waiting, I overheard others complaining about their wait times—some had been waiting over 90 minutes. The workers showed no urgency or concern for the delays, and the whole experience felt completely disorganized. I ended up canceling my order. Extremely disappointed.

This store has been struggling since the summer but I ordered online today and saw they have their deep dish back and most of the original menu items. Had a delicious pizza and breadsticks. Try them again SL!
