This place is terrible! Hardly ever get my orders right. Last time I didnt get my choc milk I ordered. I just need to stop going here. Think i'll go to Tim Hortons down the road. They never mess up.

The wait time was crazy. They cleared my food from the screens before it was even ready. Then the staff is going around yelling table numbers- there’s only so many it’s not hard to remember the order. And they gave us the wrong sauces and messed up on my burger. What the heck.

Came in to get myself a quick breakfast. I ordered nothing too fancy, a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and small coffee. The food was given quickly. Service was pleasant as the clerk smiled despite being busy, and the transaction went smoothly. After eating and going, I realized just how expensive my small meal was. For what I got, the price was not worth it, sadly. It's a shame, but with their prices going up not matching the pay ratesof the average consumer, i will have to go somewhere else for my default FF place. How times have changed...

The guys working tonight (12-2-24) were awesome. They ran out of pies, so they offered me some fresh cookies. I expected like one, but I got 6 fresh cookies. I’m not complaining. They were extremely nice and it was all together a great experience tonight. Thank you so so much

I go here every day for my diet coke. The employees are all so nice and friendly. The go always have a smile on their face and we know that's difficult when working with the public! They greet me every morning with such a positive attitude that they make my day! Thank you!!!

Three stars because the food was good. The drive thru crew (particularly Delilah, I believe is her name) needs to get some lessons on customer service. After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru and curbside pickup (I had ordered ahead), I finally came in to inquire on the food, and was handed it to me, and was told “we had a power outage.” The outage was yesterday, not today. This seems like a lame, sarcastic excuse. Even someone standing near me couldn’t believe their ears. I wonder how much longer I would’ve had to wait if I hadn’t come in. I hope this won’t be the template for most visits to this location.
