4/25/24 Order 49. Ordered 3 large ice black coffees.1) We could see on the screen the person taking the order did not select No Cream, no sugar. We alerted them, but they said the order would be fine and pull forward.2) of course there were 3 coffees with at least cream in then3) alerted to the problem, we waited while the order was remade. Through the window we could see there was only enough coffee left for two cups. Instead of preparing more coffee and alerting us they'd need to make another pot, the preparer tried to split the two cups into a third and dilute with more ice.4) when confronted with the fact, both the preparer and manager tried to gaslight what we saw happen and deny that they were diluting the coffee5) after a couple minutes, the manager offered to brew another pot and refund but ultimately the fact that they tried to lie about it was disturbing so we took what we had and left

Ordered two things and got them wrong. Had to get refund durle to GM blaming guest, even after the receipt proved her wrong. Won't stop eating at McDonald's but thos GM makes it hard to return to this one.

I wish I got everyone’s name that was working the drive-thru today to mention them! All the staff here is amazing, quick and very efficient. Alywas greeted with a genuine smile! Food is always fresh and hot too!

This McDonald’s serves cold food every other time you go in. I also personally witnessed the employee with purple hair use the bathroom and not wash hands, she walked out and went straight back to work. Very unsanitary!!

I had to leave a good review for the friendly man working the drive-thru.Downside they seem to be more expensive than other mcdonald's. Frappe machine seems to be down half the time.

Costs way to much for McDonald's now a days to be missing food and have burnt food do a better
Gave this place many chances. This establishment is trash. Fries are always cold and old. Nuggets are always soggy , tastes like it's been just sitting out under a hot lamp. I tried but to no avail.

We showed up with some friends for Happy Meals and to burn off some energy in the play place. We forgot socks and while speaking with my friend about running back to the house to grab some, Mike, the manager, overherd us and brought me two pairs of socks for them to play in. I didn't even know that was a thing, but it was very cool that Mike took the initiative and helped make it all work out. Thanks, Mike!

Every time I go to drive up window and am served by Delilah I get a warm smile and excellent service . I always see her working hard and going the extra mile . She exudes leadership and excellent customer service!!

Just ordered three double cheeseburgers. Each one had one single pickle. Because apparently two is just too expensive lol
