We ordered 6 pizzas for my son's birthday party. I ordered around 1PM with scheduled delivery time at 5:45PM. The delivery man knocked on the door exactly at 5:45PM. The pizzas were hot and everybody enjoyed the food.

Our first time in! No one in line to order, but just then two delivery guys came in to pick up completed orders, so obviously they were very busy. I decided to order the 6 cheese large to go. We figured it would be quite a wait, but when I told the guy that it was our first time in, he put our order in next and told me it would be ready in about ten minutes and gave me a nice discount. Sure enough, and he even carried it out to the car for me! The aroma was driving us crazy on the short drive home. WOW! Terrific! Our new favorite pizza place for sure!

I really appreciate the cold food and delivered to the wrong house that no one lives in. FYI to your drivers or door dash do not follow the gps and actually read house numbers. This isn’t the first time this has happened but the first time it’s gotten cold.

Last Friday, I went to Papa John’s and I was cashed out by a kind woman named Haley (her name was on the receipt). I ordered the shack pizza. It was absolutely delicious. However, the atmosphere of the establishment was not particularly enjoyable. It was dark, and the lighting was poor, but the kind girl at the till was very chipper when cashing me out and made me happy to be inside the Papa John. The shack pizza was great, but too much pepperoni. Thank you Mister John’s.

02/12/23: I placed and order for pick up: 1 pizza, 10 wings, 1 cheese bread, and a 2 liter. I was informed the order would take 50 minutes and asked if I was ok with that. I said yes, and the employee said he’d call if it would ready sooner, and I said great. There was no call, but I arrived in 40 minutes for pick up. My order was ready, I paid, and left with my order. Upon arrival home, we open the boxes: The pizza has burnt edges, looked very old, and was not hot. The cheese bread looked day old and was cold. The wings were fine. This was not the most disappointing Papa John order I’ve ever experienced at any location. This ruined our Super Bowl dinner as well and was embarrassing for a guest. Sure, it’s a busy ordering day, but if you say 50 minutes, don’t leave the order sitting on the unheated rack from the look and taste for what was likely 40 minutes. If you’re busy, you’d think the food would be delayed or at least fresh, not gross!

? Shawn, the incredible individual at my favorite pizza place in Michigan, made my experience remarkable and memorable. When we were placing our order for a medium pizza, Shawn kindly recommended getting a large pizza instead, allowing us to save $4 and get a bigger size. After that when I thanked him he said customer means everything to him and said it’s his responsibility to take care of them. Later he also went above and beyond by personally bringing the pizza out to our car in this crazy cold weather . The combination of Shawn's exceptional customer service and the mouthwatering pizza made it a truly unforgettable experience and I will remember life long. Love you ???
