I really appreciate the cold food and delivered to the wrong house that no one lives in. FYI to your drivers or door dash do not follow the gps and actually read house numbers. This isn’t the first time this has happened but the first time it’s gotten cold.

I'd really like to talk to the owner. He or she needs to know what's going on there. These kids that are running this place at night are exactly what they are... kids. This 16 year old child decided to scream at me because I sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes. My pizza was already done so it sat there for 20 minutes. I really didn't want the food by then. But she decided to yell and when I said we'll I've been sitting here for 20 min. She took my pizza out of my hands threw it back in the store grabbed my money back out of the drawer and gave it back to me. Then the other guys on the back started flipping me off.. Then they ran out the back door acting like they were going to bum rush me. I said are you kidding me!!??? Out of nowhere... here comes the 16 year old little child screaming I'm calling the police. By now... I'm shocked.. so I get home... my phone rings and it's the police.. he trespassed me. He kinda laughed because he agreed its a bunch of 16 year old kids running this place. I highly recommend the owner contacts me.

Last Friday, I went to Papa John’s and I was cashed out by a kind woman named Haley (her name was on the receipt). I ordered the shack pizza. It was absolutely delicious. However, the atmosphere of the establishment was not particularly enjoyable. It was dark, and the lighting was poor, but the kind girl at the till was very chipper when cashing me out and made me happy to be inside the Papa John. The shack pizza was great, but too much pepperoni. Thank you Mister John’s.

? Shawn, the incredible individual at my favorite pizza place in Michigan, made my experience remarkable and memorable. When we were placing our order for a medium pizza, Shawn kindly recommended getting a large pizza instead, allowing us to save $4 and get a bigger size. After that when I thanked him he said customer means everything to him and said it’s his responsibility to take care of them. Later he also went above and beyond by personally bringing the pizza out to our car in this crazy cold weather . The combination of Shawn's exceptional customer service and the mouthwatering pizza made it a truly unforgettable experience and I will remember life long. Love you ???

I've used them for a while because they have a really good deal with a pizza, chicken poppers, and 2-liter for a low price and the delivery fee isn't as ridiculous as many others in the area.But this last time I went was really disgusting. I open the box and one entire piece is a shriveled air bubble. There were a lot of air bubbles on the rest of the pizza too. I'm not sure what childish reason they would use to excuse themselves but no way should that be served to a customer. Busy, short-staffed, or whatever, slop like that belongs in the trash, not in a box at my doorstep.

02/12/23: I placed and order for pick up: 1 pizza, 10 wings, 1 cheese bread, and a 2 liter. I was informed the order would take 50 minutes and asked if I was ok with that. I said yes, and the employee said he’d call if it would ready sooner, and I said great. There was no call, but I arrived in 40 minutes for pick up. My order was ready, I paid, and left with my order. Upon arrival home, we open the boxes: The pizza has burnt edges, looked very old, and was not hot. The cheese bread looked day old and was cold. The wings were fine. This was not the most disappointing Papa John order I’ve ever experienced at any location. This ruined our Super Bowl dinner as well and was embarrassing for a guest. Sure, it’s a busy ordering day, but if you say 50 minutes, don’t leave the order sitting on the unheated rack from the look and taste for what was likely 40 minutes. If you’re busy, you’d think the food would be delayed or at least fresh, not gross!

I had not been to this location for a few years now, but Its so good to see that The owners and the staff have kept it up to a high standard. Store was very clean, The manager on shift Ash was great. was so nice, very helpful, and there was not a long wait on my order. Beautifully made and very tasty food. Would highly recommend this papa johns, especially this location! Will return soon for sure!
